Great. They were very fast and punctual. Fixed the problem quickly. Very fair price to replace a AC compaciator for $170 and they checked/cleaned the system as well. I would recommend anyone in the Newalla area to use this company.

This company advertised as Advent but showed up in a Pipe Doctor truck. I could not trust the company or the service provider. Told me that it could not be repaired but wanted to sell me an installed toilet for $381, without showing me any information about the type of toilet other than the brand. I called a friend and he fixed it for a $5 part! I was happy to pay him $50 to leave my house without doing a thing.

I was not given the angie's list member discount. Neither the quote or invoice was itemized. They charged $3500 for parts and labor. The compressor can be purchased online for about $1800. I feel $1700 for 4 hours of labor and any incidental parts is highway robbery.

Had some scheduling difficulties on my end because of work, but rescheduling was easy enough. Tech came out first thing, got right to work. Cleared the blockage. I wanted a camera down to locate my septic tank. Plumber had to go back for it, but got back in short time. Found my septic and talked me through the next steps, even though I didn’t have any major problems. Answered all my questions, will use these guys in the future.

Angie, I was glad to find Advent on your web site. The technician did such a great job that I referred them to my friend who was having HVAC problems. Our A/C quit and I thought the problem was the thermostat so I changed it. The unit did not run. I wanted a company that served Eastern OK County & checked Angie's List on-line. Advent is in Choctaw OK and has a superior rating. I know why, now! The tech was running late and called to let me know, which I appreciate. When he arrived, I explained what I had done, saying that I had found the brown wire broken and reconnected it. He traced the wires and got the unit working. What really impressed me was that he doubled checked the unit at the heat pump and found that it was heating, not cooling. He went back to the furnace & thermostat, removed the brown wire, and reversed 2 other wires. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I really enjoyed this experience. Two years ago, when I was very sick, I was "hooked" into a costly plumbing problem by a local contractor. I'll check Angie's List first. Oh, by the way, the original thermostat was defective and the one I installed was good. Thanks Angie, thank you Advent!!!

Technician was punctual and friendly. He also checked inside the wall where a problem could potentially be, but made minimal disruption to the sheetrock and told me how to repair it to possibly be opened again if the outdoor faucet froze up into the wall. Tidied up the area nicely

They came out once to add freon to my very old system. They encouraged me to replace it and I knew it needed it but we decided to wait. A couple months later, they called with a great deal and we decided to go for it. They came out the next day! The guys were efficient and thorough. The new system has been in place for three months now and I am very pleased with their work and my new system.

It's perfect. It took probably half an hour, if that. They always come out very quickly. We don't have to wait long. They get the work done. They leave everything clean. They are very professional when they come out. We've used them on some other things and they've done some extra things we didn't even ask them to do, just to make whatever we were doing better. They just do a really great job.

Could not have been any better: Advent called to arrange for the initial visit. We set a time and I mentioned that I needed about 15 minutes to get home. We got the early call and arrived to the home at the same time. The next day a morning call was made to verify the time to come over. The crew arrived on time, was pleasant, and left me with the information to best take care of the unit. To my astonishment, two days later I got a follow up call asking how the service call went, was all operating correctly, and were there any questions/concerns ? YES - I recommend Advent.

Our repair technician explained everything that was wrong with our AC. A fix was possible but would only be temporary. He recommended a new unit and quoted a price that was very reasonable. Because our old unit had R22 we needed to replace the condenser coils also. This requires a removal of the furnace 1st. The replacement of our 25 year old furnace seemed sensible. On removal they found that the old furnace became detached from the roof vent. It was venting carbon monoxide into our attic space. This installment could have saved our lives. . Thanks The install was perfect and we are very happy
