It went great.

He did an excellent job and it didn't take him long at all to complete the service.  He was very professional, punctual and informative and I would highly recommend his services to others.

Curtis explained everything to me in advance and showed me what was happening as the job progressed. He explained how the drainage system should work and showed me the main drainage tile once it was exposed. He showed me the new drains for the window wells and explained how they worked, too. I understand so much more about water control around my house now. The crew worked really hard and got the whole job done in 1.5 days. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would definitely hire them again.

He came out promptly, did the job in two hours, and I haven't had any water in through the basement window since.

Very well. We had called Mr. Rooter who had a 60 minute commitment advertised, but when two hours went by and we had not heard from them, we called and they could not give us any idea when they would be able to get to us. We called A & E, they told us they would be there within two hours and would call us before they came. They followed through in all areas.

I called A & E Plumbing at 10:00 AM on a Saturday morning with the toilet leaking on the floor through to the basement and ruining the ceiling in the basement. They were out within an hour and fixed the toilet and leaks. This is the 3rd time we have used A & E Plumbing for various plumbing needs and they are always on time, very professional, friendly and do excellent work.

In the past they have done some extensive work for us, like completely replacing a main sewer line under my basement, actually digging out the cement and replacing the pipes, but this time they just had to unclog a sink for me. I mention this because they are in fact a very diverse contractor, able to do the little and the big jobs as well. I was very pleased with their work and wouldn't mind using them again if I had to.

Work was done quickly and with a high level of quality. Representative performed "walk around" to inspect work and show that there were no leaks and it was functioning properly. I was so impressed that I've used them since the initial call.

The day I called A & E Plumbing they sent a man to my home to inspect and give me an estimate. Since I was not available the next day he came out that evening. Scott was able to do the work that evening.

I was very pleased and felt that they charge a very reasonable price.

Sunday morning I discovered there was a leak in the basement in my "main" house drainage system. I called one company and they said to keep a pail under the leak and call them back the next day. I decided I was not comfortable waiting another day since the water dripping out of the drain pipe smelled horrible, since this system carries ALL the waste from the house. Called A& E and they respond when the said they could, which was approximately and hour and a half. Curtis stated that he could patch the leak temporally, but the system would still need to be replaced, since the copper piping was deteriorating. He said he could stay and do it now if we chose. I chose NOW!!! Curtis was polite, friendly and a VERY HARD WORKER! He was here for approximately 5 hours and replaced the entire drain system in my basement. This young man stopped only to run to the store and purchase needed materials and only took a much needed 10 minute break the entire time!

I had originally called to have a line run for a gas stove and to a line to install a gas fireplace; the estimator informed me that the pipe that was in use was not the correct pipe and would have to be completely replaced. He gave me an estimate for the work and I went ahead and scheduled a service call to have the work completed. The guys that came out to do the work (Mike and Billy) were awesome! They were on time, reviewed the estimate with me and went over what I wanted done. Due to the amount of work that would have to be done to get the fireplace ready I removed that from the work to be done. They went out and purchased all the parts needed to complete the other work, completed the job, went over everything with me, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They even moved the old oven out to the garage. My only 'complaint' is that Dan (the estimator) didn't break out the pricing for me. Would ask that to be done in the future.

Great. They called when they were on their way and showed up promptly. Dan first listened to everything I needed fixed and then proceeded to fix them. Plus, he was very considerate of my home and of my dog, which I really appreciated.

They did everything wrong. They were very nice but had poor quality in work.

They came out the same day I called, they were courteous, efficient, and the price was 100% fair! I could not be happier. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

They had to replace a valve. The plumber was very pleasant and the work was completed in a short time.

They called me before they came out to let me know they were on their way, they showed up when they said they would, the two men were in and out in about an hour,they cleaned up after themselves, and they were very polite and pleasant

They were able to come the very next morning after I called. They came when they said they would and fixed the problem on the spot. They were polite and were quick in making the repairs. I highly recommend them.
