A&E Pressure Cleaning Services

It turned out to be a pretty good service. I would use them again depending on the price. The workers were pretty good. The guy runs his own business. It was hard to find the right time to come to my house.

He did a good job.

This is my second time using this company because I was so pleased the first time. Ed promptly answered my call and immediately we set up an appointment time (2 days later, which was great for me). He called to let me know when he was on the way and was on time. He finished the job in approximately 3 hours and did a great job. My patio (which was very dirty and stained) and fence look like new, my concrete sidewalk and walkway are almost white, pool deck is clean again, and my house and windows look so clean and refreshed. I am very pleased. Ed was professional and courteous. Thank you Ed!

Ed came on a SUNDAY.. He arrived on time and was careful as he worked on my property. Unfortunately some of the things I needed cleaned just couldn't handle a pressure hose-he was honest enough to tell me in advance before they got damaged. I really appreciate that and the way my home now looks. <br />

<p><strong><em>The service was for Power Washing: Roof, house, patio, screen enclosure and driveway (2 car garage).</em></strong></p> <p>To be honest, I was a little apprehensive to use A&E, because of some of the negatives I read on Angie?s List about not showing up, etc.?  In my case, Ed showed up on or before scheduled.</p> <p>The initial estimate given was $300 for all. However, upon Ed?s (serviceman) review, he quickly added an additional $25, because he said I had a circular driveway and that I had said it was a two car garage. Well, it is a two car garage, and I was not asked if I had a circular driveway (albeit small).</p> <p>Ed, started on the roof on Wednesday and found that the roof paint was coming off when washing. He notified me, and wanted me to approve results before continuing.  After looking at the results, I gave the OK the next day (Thursday), and he rescheduled me for that Saturday morning. </p> <p>On Saturday, he did the roof, screen enclosure, patio and started on the house.</p> <p>He had done all sides of the house, except for the front side, garage and driveway, before stating that he had lost a chemical injector/adapter and could not finish and would return the next day (Sunday) to finish the job.</p> <p>He returned on Sunday morning and was able to finish the job.</p> <p><strong>Note</strong>: Upon finishing, he informed me that it will be $350.00. I quickly reminded him that we had agreed upon $300 and that he had added $25 for the driveway. He said it was a big job.  I told him that I usually get it done under $300. I paid him as agreed: $325.00</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: Except for some areas where he stated that he could not do anything about, and a couple of small areas around the house and screen enclosure, the overall job was good.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: Ed works fast and it took him (1 person) approximately 3.5 to 4 hours to do the job. The results where good. The price a little high and I found other reviews stating the he does find a way to try to increase the initial estimate. In Ed?s defense, they all do that.</p> <p><strong>Summary</strong>: I asked a few power washing companies for estimates. Some companies listed on Angie?s List gave me estimates of $650 to $800. Another company: ?All About Pressure Cleaning? wanted $1,400.00 to do the same job. Yet, another company ?Pro Image? Jerry Cardinale, had been scheduling me on and off since the beginning of the year, only to cancel me for another bigger job. Stating that my roof was painted?</p> <p><strong><em>All in all, A&E did a good job at a fair price, and was always on time, courteous and professional.</em></strong> </p> <p><strong>Would I use A&E again: YES</strong></p> <p><strong>Do I recommend A&E: YES</strong></p> <br />

It went really well. I am very pleased with the work he provided me. I saw a big difference once he has through with half the house. After he completed cleaning the roof he washed up all the walls around the house as well as the windows and even did my driveway at no additional cost which he didn't have to and surprised me when all was done, I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. <br />

NO service has been provided. At first, I called them to schedule the service. The owner promised me that he will come on Saturday.However, they didn't show up on the scheduled day and didn't answer my phone call either.  I have left several voice messages to request them call me back. However, up to now, nothing  was received from them.

He did a great job but after purchasing the Angie's List deal, it took almost 3 weeks before he came to do the job. He scheduled and cancelled several times. <br />

It went very well.

<p>First he was suppose to show up Saturday and said he was running late.</p> <p>then he said the driveway was bigger than he thought, it was a single driveway and not very big but circular.</p> <p>so he saw the driveway, He wanted another $50,in cash or check. so I left him a check since this is a rental vacation home.</p> <p>When I saw that none of the stains were removed. he said, that those stains are permanent. which is wrong, because I </p> <p>can buy stains caused by well water at home depot by goof off and spray it on, I was also told you can use lemon juice to remove those stains.</p> <p>If he could not do the stains, then he should have at least called me, he had my cell phone number and tell me. that the </p> <p>stains would not be removed or could not be removed for a the price of $100. He later said , o, I could have </p> <p>removed them with muriatic acid, but that would have cost you more money, duh! again he had my cell phone number.</p> <p>I want my money returned.Be more than glad to send pictures.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

A&E did a great job power washing the driveway and entry-way of a rental property I own. They also sent me pictures when the job was complete so that I could see the completed work. They were able to do the job within days of my initial inquiry  so they have prompt service. I recommend this company and will use them again in the future. <br />

Phenomenal job A class love I,t everything well done. Reschedule by me very accommodating buy from these guys very professional do there best to make customers happy. <br />

First of, he was a no show and no call when he was supposed to show up. We had to call him to re-schedule. Second, he used a strong bleach which bleached out the roof tiles, and killed several plants around the house. Even the larger trees that were exposed to the chemicals that he used started to lose their leaves immediately after he was done. <br /> He broke several roof tiles in the process of cleaning the roof. The driveway looked all bleached out as well. We do not recommend this guy. <br />

Edwin did a fantastic job.  Great communication when we needed to reschedule, and he was prompt for the appointment time.  He did an extremely thorough job at a great price.  <br /> I look forward to using him again.  <br /> <br /> <br />

A&E Pressure Cleaning Service was very thorough and I am very pleased with the the quality of work provided.  Edwin was on time and did the job as he was asked to.  I highly recommend Edwin and A&E Pressure Cleaning Service.

Excellent communication.

They were very responsive, highly professional and did an awesome job pressuring cleaning the driveway. They even pressured cleaned the walkway leading to the driveway, which they did not even have to. I really appreciate it! <br />
