Inspection - Roofing
Alvero and his team worked incredibly hard to repair or replace any needed roof decking and siding on the house. They checked in at each stage and listened to my concerns & questions. The job was done in good time and the house feels so much better and looks beautiful!

We hired A&E construction and painting to put on a new roof, paint our entire home exterior, and install new gutters. Their bids were significantly lower than all others and they worked with us on our timeline. They were respectful of our budget and didn’t push us to do more than was necessary. We upgraded the vents in our roof for a very reasonable price. The neighbors stopped by frequently to comment on how wonderful it looks! I’m now hiring them for some inside work. I trust them to do quality work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend A&E !!!

the problem before breaking out the tools. They worked efficiently,
asking questions about the source of the problem, and were friendly.
They also picked up all the mess before they left-
I told them I would recommend them to my neighbors if they have a

The painting and the actual work went well The Contract materials described was not the same materials that was used and when I ask for main lien releases from the suppliers, I never got those. Instead, I was told that I was being too cautious and overacting when really it is my right to get that paperwork. They told me the supplier does not do that but when I call the suppliers, they told me that they do supply liens when requested or and also that would be Lien releases. I ended up just paying them instead of continually fighting with them and hoping that nothing ever happens as far as any vendors or labor or being paid in having a right to lien my property

I’d like to clarify how lien releases work and when they apply, as there can be some understandable confusion around this process. Lien releases are used only when materials are billed to a job account—this means the materials are supplied for a specific construction project and have not yet been paid for at the time of delivery. In these situations, the supplier sends out a preliminary lien notice to protect their right to payment. Once the contractor receives payment for the project, those funds are used to pay the supplier, who then issues a release of lien. This procedure does not apply to purchases made on a standard credit line or for items, such as paint supplies, that are paid for upfront at the time of order. In those cases, because payment is immediate, there is no need for a lien notice or a release. I hope this explanation helps clarify the distinction.
