The technician worked swiftly! The company was responsive in scheduling and providing us arrival updates. The technician already had the required replacement part and was able to identify the problem and make the repairs in about an hour. He seemed genuinely interested in the job and was great to work with!

The first and foremost reason I selected Aeris Heating and Air Conditioning to do the complete overhaul of my house' heating and cooling system with relocation was their professionally written estimate. It was quite detailed and comprehensive, a far cry from those of other bidders. Secondly, because of Arian G. who to make the story short recommended the addition of new supply and return vents to improve ventilation. He insists on having the HERS test and city inspection even if it would cost me $600 more to insure that things were done up to standards. The reason for the 3-star review is the behavior of their work crew. They came down seemingly unprepared. They did not have long enough ladder to get them to the roof so I had to let them use mine. They used my crowbar without asking. I could not communicate very well with the foreman. At the end of the day, they did not clean up their litters of bottles, wrappers and masks around the house. Despite all these, will I still recommend them to others? Maybe, but only after warning them about their work crew.

The unexpected turns in the job made this process particularly difficult and I was on a tight schedule. I got many estimates and more than half were attempts to swindle me. But these guys were the best. They interfaced with those who knew my County's code to make sure everything as perfect, and if things did not go as planned, they always exerted great effort in making it right as soon as possible. I've never dealt with contractor's that were this great. The job cost me a fraction of what I would have paid otherwise.

The Job went well, Started and finished on a timely matter. The installation staff were professional, and always cleaned up after they were finsihed for the day. I can't say enough how Happy we are with the complete outcome of Aeris Heating & AC. Would highly reccomend them for their quality of product and service. Top Draw!

Aeris did a great job installing a new A/C and heating system in my 1931 3/2 bungalow in central L.A.. Jason and his crew took great care of us.The system they installed brought new life to our old home. We couldn't be happier!
