Absolutely incredible. My wife and I were so stressed out about not being able to afford mold cleaning on our house, but Brad showed up and was so kind and got us set up with a unit and a payment plan that was in our budget. Brad was very personable and thorough with his explanation of how the system worked. I appreciated that he took the time to explain how exactly the system worked for our home. I felt he really listened to what our specific needs were and that it was for the long-term. We had been given a quote of $5,900.00 to clean our A/C and ductwork, and we weren't told it was just a short term solution. We actually wound up saving money, and for that, I am especially thankful. Indoor Air Quality Testing

Brad knows his products and is very passionate about them. He believes in the items that he sells, and for good reason. We bought several items from him and have been nothing but happy with them. Our vintage home smells SO FRESH! We'd had mold years earlier and had to go through remediation. I developed mold-induced asthma, which was having a very negative impact on my quality of life. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs in the house, which creates a LOT of dust. Even though we vacuum dauly and shampoo the carpets every month, the fur is ever-present. Additionally, we have chickens that live outside, but our smaller breeds have to come into our mud room during the winter. Birds are very dusty! I am also an opera singer, but my asthma had gotten so bad that I was actually getting dizzy while trying to practice! These air scrubbers make a noticeably IMMEDIATE difference and are so easy to maintain! They're quiet too. I can breathe again with NO INHALERS OR MEDS!

I have bought Electrolux vacuums for 40 years.I have been in Greensboro for 15 years and Brad has been my sales and service man . The products pretty much sell themselves after you have had one .Brad is very knowledgeable about the Aerus products. He has always been prompt to respond to needs for service ,maintenance or questions .He is very professional , personable and obviously enjoys and is very dedicated to his work . Always a pleasure to work with him . Today he replaced filters on my air machines and checked two vacuums. The motor is gone in one vac -beyond repair. He said my 14 year upright is good for a while . He informed me of the new model which I am interested in seeing in the near future because of some improved features !! I am sure it will be hard to resist!
