carpets were only steam cleaned. They did not make me aware of any stains they couldn't get up. When I inspected there were several stains left.

The technicians Chris and Lee were wonderful! Punctual, professional, and above all great at their job! Removed stubborn stains in the hallway and left the whole house smelling great!!
