Paid him in March still hasn’t show up after numerous promisises, and threats from him about just getting out of the house and I will show up when I want he also threatens to sue me if he doesn’t get other jobs from our neighbors, but has nothing to show for cuz he took a deposit and ran. Mother in hospital need money to buy materials etc 700 deposit was enough to hire another person including materials who showed up right away and did the job so perfectly had to give him a big tip.

Can't find anyone more unprofessional. We agreed on the price, Ronald said that he gives 25 years warranty on hot tire pickup or any other issues, gave me 4 days timeline foe a project. Took 5 weeks to complete, floor has damage from the first drive in, Ronald was supposed to spot treat it, gave me 4 different appointments, never showed up, 3 month later send me messages full of profanities. He was never on time, asked me for money for the car payment, for gas, gave me all sorts of excuses. In the mean time I have damaged floor, stained driveway, non-covered spots on the floor. Please see images. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY.

The original contract will last only for 2 days but until now it's not yet completed. The coating that was applied was discolored and the color is inconsistent. The surface preparation was not completed before the coating was applied. The contractor came back and never completed the job. Now I have a problem with the repair that is not done and I have materials on my garage.

Ronnie is extremely creative and very pleasant to work with. You can tell that he has a passion for what he does and he's very professional from the quote, throughout the project, to the follow up he is great. He is an artist to say the least and made our normal concrete floors look spectacular. We would use him again in a heartbeat and I highly recommend him for any epoxy floor job.
