Affordable Flooring

The quality of work was excellent, accommodating, and everything was very good.

I went to Affordable Flooring when I was shopping for new flooring throughout the main areas of my home and new shower tile in my master bathroom. I went to several flooring companies in Port Saint Lucie to price out materials and labor. I am very competitive when it comes to quoting work to be done as I expect high quality work for competitive prices. After picking out materials I was interested in, Lenny came out to measure and price the job in my home the very next day. After deciding to work with them and placing a deposit, they specified a start date on my invoice. The start date was moved back one day and overall the job did take a little longer than expected. I note these details for full transparency in my review, I am not any less satisfied with them. Justin did a fantastic job laying the tile precisely, consulting with me on design decisions, and overall doing an amazing job. He presented me with options when there were decisions to be made and is prideful in his craftsmanship. I am so happy I went with Affordable Flooring and will definitely use them again in the future for any flooring installation I need done in the future. tldr: Affordable Flooring lives up to their name in competitive pricing while also providing excellent quality

If you choose this company make sure you put your eyes on the tile before you let them in the door to begin demolishing your existing floors. Company did not meet deadlines stated when contract was signed. Workers tore up my existing flooring before telling me that they could NOT get the tile we purchased. The lady in the office told me I would have to settle for something else. The owner only called us after we demanded to speak with him. We were forced to stay in a hotel for an additional 7 nights. The owner finally agreed to pay for our additional nights in the hotel plus a cleaning service to assist in cleaning up the dust as I was having major surgery. They never followed through on the cleaning service. The gentleman installing the tile was nice and did good work; however, he was slow and on his phone continually.

Pleased with quality of material and flexibility of scheduling based on our time table, We were originally told job would take 5-7 days for the crew to complete the job, however the single employee that completed the job required 16 days for completion. He was careful and cleaned up after himself however, we didn't expect the extended time.

<p>I'm very pleased with the job they did. They tile was good work. They did it in a timely manner. The job they did is gorgeous and it's holding up very well. I have no complaints. It's just absolutely, and stunningly beautiful. </p>

Let me start by saying I am happy with the tile and how it looks. Now I will tell you about my experience. We chose this company based on a recommendation. We went to the store and Lenny showed us some tile and said that he was giving us a great deal. We thought the quote was good and began the process of waiting for installation. We already removed the carpet so that was not part of the process for the installers. Here is the list of problems we had: 1) Our sliding glass doors were left unlocked on at least one occasion. 2) Cigarette butts in our front side yard. 3) Knicks both large and small on our newly painted walls and baseboards. 4) Garbage from install left in our sliding glass door tracks. 5) Several panels of newly installed vertical blinds on the ground folded in half. 6) Length of time for installation was longer than quoted. I called Lenny to discuss this. He did come over to look at everything. He told me these things happen and I did get a great deal. He then said he'd clean up the mess. He asked for a broom and a shop vac. He cleaned some of it and then left a pile outside the sliding door as well. He finally agreed to discount our price by $100. We also advised him that we were missing a box of tile that had been there previously. He agreed to drop the box off. We did have a box by the door but it is not the same tile that was installed. I did not contact him regarding this because my last meeting with him was not pleasant. I hope others do not experience this type of customer service with him. Nobody has the right to be disrespectful because they think they gave you a great deal.

I like the price. They were on time. The work was good. The price is very good.

The prep work and installiation was much more intense than we thought. <br /> Have been watching the Empire commercialsd on t.v. <br /> Thought  they woulf have be there for a few hours. <br /> So grateful the installers gave every thought to every detail and asked for our input. <br /> Telling everybody we know. <br />

Lenny, owner let us bring samples home to check matches with furnishings and cabinets. He came to measure and gave us estimate to do both tile in major living areas and carpet in bedrooms. I decided to do project in stages, completing LR, FR, DR, kitchen and bath 1st, then decide on bedrooms. Lenny Jr. and Chad arrived as scheduled, moved all heavy furniture, ripped out all old carpet and vinyl and brought to curb, and installed tile, instructing us where we could walk and what areas to avoid. They finished as promised, in time for my out-of-town company.  I liked the look so well, I opted to do bedrooms and master bath in tile as well. They did a great job--hardworking, respectful, pleasant, trustworthy, and clearly experienced in what they do well. I would definitely use this company again for flooring needs and highly recommend them to anyone considering similar work. I am confident that if I had a problem in the future, they would follow through and  take care of it. I am very happy with outcome! <br />

They stood by their quote. They showed up when they said they would. They completed the job mostly within the time frame that they said they would complete the job. In the tile work, I had to ask them to redo a few places; I didn’t like the gaps in the grout work between the tile and the place where it was meeting another surface. They redid it without complaints. I am not happy with the tile that I got; the quality doesn’t seem to be what I thought it would be. But again that was my choice, not theirs. In fact, I did recommend them to a friend who had laminate flooring put down, and they did a really good job with that. I told them some things to watch for which they did, and being on top of it, they were able to get a really good job done.

We went to the business and selected some possible vinyl tile choices.  We brought home the books and made our final selection.  The tile was ordered, delivered and installed in short order.  We had no problems setting the installation date and having the service done on time. <br /> Lenny, the owner, was helpful and courteous and easy to contact.  He always was prompt to answer voice mail from us. <br />

<p>Installation went very well. Installer showed when he said</p> he would. Job was professionly done.

I liked their pricing and the quality of work they did.  He was good.  He followed up well.
