Jason came out and provided the quotes and I assumed he did the work. He told me I could leave my Camaro in one side of the garage while the third door was being replaced. The guy that came was crabby and told me first to park my cars on the street and I said no way. Then after moving my cars out of the garage into the 3rd bay of the driveway he started the work and I did not talk to him for the rest of the time while he was here. He finished about 2:00pm and I paid the invoice via Quickbooks to Jason then. Now my large door is shaking very badly when first opening. I have reached out to the vendor to get someone back out to get this resolved even if I have to pay for a repair call. I appreciate it when a vendor tells me something and follows through on it because trust is of the utmost importance to me when I hire someone.

Jason called almost immediately upon the quote request going out Sunday evening and was available to come out next morning. He arrived when he said and had the work completed in less than an hour. He tightened all the bolts on the door and lubricated everything. Runs great again and more quiet. Price very reasonable.

Jason was easy to get in touch with. If he didn't answer he called back within minutes. The new door looks great and was installed within a couple of hours. The new opener was installed a few days later and done in a timely manner. Would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him for any garage door or opener needs.

Fast response to start and showed up quickly. $160 for a 15 minute repair. Repair did not hold up so I scheduled a time for Jason to come back. He scheduled me for 11am the next day and he also stated that if there were not a emergency calls that morning that it could be earlier. He said that he would call in the morning and let me know. Approx. 11:15am I had still not heard from Jason so I gave him a call. He didn't know who I was and said that I wasn't on the schedule....after a few moments of scrambling he finds my info and states that he never said 11am because warranty work "gets fit in when he can". He said that he had other jobs and that he would get to me later in the day. Being frustrated since I took the morning off work to wait on him to NO SHOW, I told him that I would call someone else and then he promptly hangs up on me. I then text him " Sir, that is no way to treat a customer." and go no response. I would NOT RECOMMEND using this contractor.

Fast response and Jason assessed the required work and materials and gave me the quote of cost and time within 10 minutes of arriving. He had the doors operating with 30 minutes of his arrival. This was the best garage door service that I have received. Great price and quality and was very professional, I really appreciated Jason's customer focus.

It went exceptionally well. First, when I initially spoke with Jason, he informed me that there was a newer and even better Chamberlain model available than the one I was considering. I would not have known this. And I'm very happy to have these 2 new openers. (As an aside, I had a new Chamberlain opener installed on another garage door about a year ago, and the well-known companies such as Precision Garage Doors would not install an opener purchased by the customer. I wanted to, and did, buy all 3 openers on amazon.com.) Jason clearly knew what he was doing. I had him replace the springs on the 2 doors that received the new openers, and replace the rollers with nice quiet nylon(?) ones. He took the time to move the opener buttons inside the garage so they are neatly arranged in a straight line. He programmed all opener remotes to open each of the 3 garages, and he programmed and installed the outside keypad opener remote. I could not have been happier. It's funny because I hope I won't need any further garage door servicing for 10 years or more, so won't need to call Jason for some time. But if/when I need repair, there is no doubt he is the one I'll call.

I submitted a request for quotes from 3 companies on Angie's List and Jason called me back within 60 seconds! I was shocked. I told him what was going on with my garage door. He offered to come out the same day but I wasn't available until the following day. He arrived on the day of service on time and called me about 20 minutes prior to coming to let me know that he was on his way. He quickly assessed the problem and said that it would take him 30-45 minutes to complete the work. He performed a tune up, lubed the unit where needed, replaced the rollers and readjusted the force and travel. He was done quicker than estimated. Which was nice because I had errands to run. My garage door is now opening and closing and is much less squeaky. It moves smoothly and operates better. I am pleased with his work and would contact him again for service.
