Awful. Waterproofing was horrible, the shower is unusable, and now I need to pay additional money to have someone demolish the work and re-do all of it. Not a single tile is straight or properly installed, and the final product looks awful. I requested a partial refund and he disappeared off the face of the earth. 0/10.
