The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great

Very responsive and willingness to be helpful. Compared to other inspections I have gotten in the past for similar prices I feel the depth and quality of information I received from the inspection was substantially light. The report contained little more than what I had already observed myself. Very light on testing, trying, measuring etc. My confidence level in the information I received is low.

I am mystified by all the positive reviews because I was very disappointed in my experience. We had John do two inspections on the same day. If I had seen the quality of the first inspection, I ever would have hired him to do the second property but it was too late. Very lazy inspection; just kind of strolled through, snapped a few pictures, gathered some impressions. He missed obvious things that even I as a layman could see: broken boards on the porch (never mentioned on the report), a large part of the door to the basement missing so rodents can get in (never mentioned in the report), etc. Glanced at the gas stove but never actually turned it on to make sure it was operational. The kicker was the tenants told us the roof has been leaking in 2 spots and they showed us the spots on the ceilings - but never picked up by the inspector. By the way, this is not just my opinion. Our realtor (who is also a property manager and has lots of experience with home inspectors) was also present during the inspection(s) and he was appalled by the lack of attention to detail. I recommend you find someone else.

Very intelligent on all around. Gave me ideas to do to fix things on my home. Taught me a few things I didn't know and the inspection helped me renegotiate my home price. Hight recommend would hire again! Thanks again!
