Affordable Home Remodeling

I worked with Brian on the design and materials (granite). He was solutions oriented and professional. Once they began the install, we discovered one of the walls was not true (straight). AHM came up with a solution and moved through the installation with little trouble. We are please with this addition to our basement. <br />

The job(s) went very well and I was kept in the loop the entire time.   <br /> Contractor is down to earth, easy to deal with, very accommodating and sensitive to the wishes of the home owner. <br /> Very flexible when it came to rental property occupant availability.   <br /> Contractor has the ability to scale the quality of supplies and the detail of work depending on the homeowners desires/needs. <br /> Prices were very competitive with no obvious signs of gouging or cutting corners, I felt as though I received excellent value. <br /> I would use this contractor in all my homes and will not hesitate to call them again. <br />

Brian and his crew were on time, friendly and professional.  It happened to rain as the project was nearing the end, but Brian and his crew continued to work to make sure that the opening got enclosed and water tight even as they were getting soaked. <br /> The new door was larger than the door being replaced, so they needed to widen the opening.  They took great care to not make a mess on my hardwood floors while they cut the 2x4s and Sheetrock to enlarge the opening.  Whenever a problem came up, Brian always informed me of my options to fix the problem before just proceeding the way he thought it should be done. <br /> The next day he and his painter came over and painted the new door and trim, then they painted two other doors for me.  They went above and beyond what I expected and I am going to use them again soon. <br />

This project was perfectly executed. We found company on Angie's List and called the number. Brian answered and was very professional. He listened to what we needed done and offered to come out for a free estimate. He asked for a few photos via email, which was great. He came out to home and provided a great quote. He called to let us know when he was close. He estimated that project would be completed in 2 days. He had a 3-person crew and finished everything in 1 day. He sent pictures showing stages of his work, which gave us confidence that the work was done right. He is professional, communicates, punctual, and very friendly. Bottom line is that he took care of our home and we would not hesitate to call him for future projects. <br />
