He has been paid for the work and hasn't made any effort to even start the project. Poor communication and several excuses as to why he can't start. It's been well over a year and no effort has been made to complete the project or even begin. My faith that he has the ability to or compatibility to build this project is non existent.

Project not even started. Have them $15,000 in August and they have ghosted me by not returning phone calls or emails. Me next step is to peruse them legally to get my money back. They said they could start in November or December and it is now February. The only things I can review is how quickly they took the down payment then ghosted us.

Do not hire these people! They were extremely responsive right away with planning and meeting about a porch addition. They wanted a down payment right away to the tune of $37,000. 11 months later, they still had performed none of the work. They were in way over their heads. Nobody in the company has a contractors license. Extremely poor communication and did not tell the truth. Luckily, I was able to get my money back from them after nearly a year of wasting my time and money.

To preface, our communication with them was very coordinated, we tried our best to relay to them what we wanted, talked to them about what would work best, had multiple visits and meetings at our house, and did our best to schedule times for work and meetings. The issues started to show when they were consistently failing to come in when they said they were, they promised work that they never intended to do., and they were doing an extremely poor quality job on many of the different aspects of the contract. They would often come to work on the wrong dates and at the wrong times, and sometimes they would not come in to work for overly long periods of time. We eventually grew tired of waiting with no clear time in which they would come to work, so we had to hire separate workers to do the work that they were supposed to do, but they did it much faster, much better, at a better price, and they were extremely professional. The original company eventually requested more money on top of the total we paid them, about $4,000. The reason for this was because there was stuff that wasn't written down in the contract that they had previously agreed to, such as trim being done in the kitchen. We had refused to pay more for poor quality work that may not even be finished, and they had started to stop trying to schedule times to come in to work. We have been quite nice with them, and tried our best to communicate and make sure that everything goes smoothly, but the company had terrible time management and the work they did was terrible as well. Overall, I would say that the company did not meet the expectations that we had of them when first seeing them on Angie's list.

They showed up on time and went right to work. They explained what they were doing and advised us of their progress. Job was completed and looks great. Will hire them again if we have have projects.

Very poor quality. Very little quality control. Subcontractors did poor quality work and left garbage in my yard for two weeks. Shower was installed without proper sealing and water leaks onto floor. Poor communication between project manager and owner. Owner, with no professional experience with taping, told me he had no experience when he was taping my bathroom. I suspended work at that point. I'm $26,000 into a remodel that I need to have completed by someone with experience. I would never recommend this company.

No they did a very poor job,, trim between rooms was not done right in back of my freg,, cut like a child would of done it ,, the bass bord dis not match what I had in the first place,, it' has a line were there's not right I will have to paint my walls couse its almost a inch to short ,, was not cut right ,, the flooring is not how i want to come home fron the hospital,, the flooring in the laundry room is a joke did not move the washer or dryer to put it in right ,, the flooring behind my freg is cute wrong and no triming at all there ,, we're they cut off the trim between the doors is bad ,, it was a p*** poor job ,, I will have to do the work myself when I'm able to get down on the floor,, and glue it down were it was not done in front of the dryer,, and were they did not do by the bedroom doors ,, what a joke ,, I was going to do my 3 bedroom floors but now I will do it myself so I no its done right ,, and then they only took off 400.00 on my bill. Come out the boss did and still not happy with this company,,
