"THIS JOB WAS DONE A YEAR AGO AND YOUR JUST COMPLAINING NOW? sorry to read about this low grade and your issues with drying.. I never received a call back from you or anyone telling me about this? It would of been nice to have been notified so we could fix the issues.. Some carpets retain water longer then others and sometimes stains wick back up.. If the stain wasnt there before hand then something had happened in that spot and stain was sitting in padding and our vacuum pulled it up.. Theres ABSOLUTELY no way steam cleaning would create new stains.. They was always there.. Drying and getting a musty smell is because you kept house closed up.. you need windows open and moving air flow to dry carpets musty smells come ONLY when things are closed up and moisture cant escape.. But again if we had been notified first we could of guided you to dry carpets correctly... Theres nothing I can do if not told and if I had been told it would of been fixed.. Better luck next time with whom ever you choose....."

"Why do you wait over 6 months from actual cleaning to complain? When we left your wife was very happy with cleaning service provided.. If you was unhappy at time of service then you should of called me immediatly and I would of come back for FREE and cleaned it to your satisfaction.. I have a 2 week disclaimer that allows you to have me come back within the first two weeks after cleaning if your not happy.. But to complain about a job done 6 months prior shows the cleaning was done well at the time otherwise you would of complained then...We do our best to make each customer happy but if someone is unhappy I cant do anything about it if you dont let me know right away.. Complaining several months later raises red flags on your part for sure?"
"If you notice on EVERY REVIEW the client has put there name on the review.. You did not put your name and I cant find that address anywheres in my invoices... Sorry you was unsatisfied with our cleaning but without knowing who you are or where job was done at I cant help you any.. Your secretcy is strange and brings up red flags also... Better luck with your next cleaning and hopfully you'll acknowledge who you are?"
