Excellent, professional and courteous

Not at all professional like they claimed to be. The owner hired a bunch of day laborers and worked them as needed to get the job done. When I pointed out the mistakes such as cracks in the trims being painted over without caulking first, or places they forgot to paint, they got upset and give me a bunch of B.S. excuses. Took off my windows hardware and got upset when I wanted them back on so I can hang my curtains. Didn't even bother to re-install air vent covers that they took off. They were so rushed on the last day, sat my broom on the stove and had it melted on the glass-top and didn't even apologize. Took my money and ran out of there without giving me a receipt. When I texted and asked for the receipt to show that the job has been paid in full, the owner totally ignored me. The one thing upset me the most is that my stained front porch is now got shoes prints with paint all over it. The owner's wife said she would clean it up and never did. Without realizing the messed they left me with, I even tried to be nice and gave them money to buy pizza for lunch. This negative review would not have been written and I would chalked it up to a bad experience if Chris, the owner would provide me a receipt like he's supposed to after I paid for the job. I politely texted and asked for it twice and he just completely ignored my text.

A lot of people complain these days about the quality of work and responsiveness of people working in their homes. Chris was not only responsive in every way (from the time we first contacted him to completion of the job), but he did a phenomenal job. Everything he said he would do, including a professional quote, he did, and he did well, AND HE WAS ON TIME!! We definitely recommend his services.

Chris and his team came when they promised and finished the job on-time. The crew was very friendly and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. The quality of the work was excellent and, best of all, the cost was half of what I was quoted by 3 other contractors. I will definitely use them again for any other painting needs that I have in the future.

They are very careful to ensure enough coats of paint have been applied and definitely will not leave until the client has approved the job. I would definitely hire them again.
