So far so good, they just started the job but everything its going fin

They were professional, courteous and kind. They removed the birds in my ductwork, disinfected the pipe and repaired/replaced the vent. I would highly recommend them.

James came out early Saturday morning, was personable, nice and knowledgeable. Thoroughly inspected our home, found the issue and resolved it! Signed us up for an ongoing membership and made us feel comfortable again, thank you Affordable pest for sending James to our house. Calling right away and finding an immediate opening on the schedule for us!

Run from them no customer care, everyone wants to a boss. I have another contractor lined up to fix their mess. Poor quality work drilled and set screws in my ceiling the wrong way and won't fix

I’ve used these guys for a couple of years. They’ve been very effective and understanding of my needs whenever there’s an issue they respond quickly and are quite happy to help. I find them to be knowledgeable and effective.

Learned a great deal from the three different people who came but Gary was not only extremely ghofougb but caught things the others ( and me too) didn’t . His approach was preventive primary but safe and efficient treatment with little or no drilling or holes in walls and ceilings. He was very observant as to where entry could occur and took many photos so follow up had expert guidance to make sure it was done very well. First class professional analysis. 6 or 7 stars in each

They were prompt but disorganized. I got 3 calls from 3 different people during the process of scheduling the initial and follow up visit. No one seemed to know what the others were doing. They did not communicate to me the date for the follow-up, came to the house for it when I was not at home, and wanted to count inspection of outside only as a full visit. They do not communicate well internally nor with customers.

Very satisfied with the job and customer service went above and beyond. Rachel reached out multiple to time to verify I was satisfied. I would definitely hire again.

Someone came to evaluate the problem areas I had with wasp nests, explained what the company would do, and told me the cost. The company was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The workers called ahead, came on time, and did the work as agreed upon.

Overall, I like the company and had a good overall experience. I like that they come and clean up the webs around the house when they are servicing our house. They are also friendly and generally easy to work with. They say they will come out and take care of any rodents that have been trapped or caught. When I called to have someone come out, I was told it would be about 72 hours before someone could come to my home. This is really my only complaint. I handled it on my own and didn't bother requesting someone to come to my house when it happened again.

Affordable and Effective

I originally had an inspection and initial services back in April 2022 (now June 2023) I part of that service was to install four new vents in my crawl space. They claimed they didn’t have them on hand but they could install mesh netting on the interior and solve that issue, which I was fine with. However, I had already paid for the new vents so I have been trying to get reimbursed since. I have probably called ~50 times over the last ten months and they refuse to fix this. I had been working with Eugene but he left the company and now have spoken with Rachel. When I explained the situation to her, she assured me that I could trust her and that she would call me back. I’ve never received a call from her in over a month even after calling 2-3 times a week and leaving her voicemails. Would not recommend using this company if you are looking for a company with professional management and value your time. If I could give less than one star I would.
