Art showed up and was very nice and polite. Fixed the problem and gave in detail of how part of the septic works. Was very glad that he checked the septic tanks and helped fix the problem. Would definitely use Art with Affordable Plumbing again and would recommend him to everyone.

The job that was performed went exceptionally well. I didn't have a pick-up truck to retrieve the water heater from a local store, he went over to the store and picked it up for me. He removed the old one and installed the new one. He also cleaned up the water that leaked over when emptying the old one. I called Affordable Plumbing in the morning and he was right over with in the hour. He hooked up my water line for the evaporative cooler while he was here. The cost was much less than what I had anticipated, a whole lot less. I'm satisfied and thankful. He's upfront with cost and no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend Art Villalobos for plumbing  needs. I will use his services in the future. <br />

Arrived same day when he said he would. Checked septic tank, rooted out drains, went under house and saw the drain pipe had sagged at one spot so water was having to drain uphill. Rehung pipe and tested. Explained everything to my wife as they were doing it. Very friendly, professional and affordable. Pointed out a potential problem with the drain line where it exits the house but thought it was ok unless the house settled more. They even added more screws to the septic tank inspection lids. They were here for about two hours. Excellent, quick, honest, affordable service. I will do business with them in the future and appreciated the warning about the potential future issue with an approximate cost to fix it if it did become a problem. Call these guys first. <br />

They fit me into the schedule the same day I called. Showed up, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and they were on their way. Friendly, professional looking. <br />

The service went very well. They worked me into their schedule and were at my home within 45 minutes of calling. Very professional and personable service. I'm not a plumbing expert (I can do the small stuff) but what I see looks very well done. They had to go get some parts as my new heater was taller than the old one, but even that was a short delay. I would definitely call them again for the next plumbing emergency, or hopefully something planned. <br />

Water was backing up into the bathtub. Tried to snake it myself but couldn't get it cleared. In the meantime discovered that the toilet was leaking underneath. What a delight. <br /> Found this guy on Angie's list with excellent ratings. Called and left a message. His voicemail said he was unavailable today, but he called me anyway after a couple of hours and got to my house just before 5 PM. Snaked the drain and cleared the blockage. I asked him about reinstalling the toilet I'd taken off so it wouldn't leak, but since I hadn't asked him about it earlier he didn't have the wax ring. He came in and reinstalled the bolts in the floor and explained to me how to finish the job after I get a wax ring. <br /> Overall I am delighted with this service. Very reasonable charge... I live out in Waterflow and he didn't charge extra to come all the way out here. I don't know if it's standard to give tips to plumbers, but I tipped him. <br /> If you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable guy who will get it done for you, this is your man. <br />

He did an awesome job! called around to many places to find the one we needed and was very fast and friendly. was very knowledgeable and just an all around great job!!

I needed some plumbing work done for my house and called him to look at the area that needed the job. He came when on the day he said he would come and gave me an estimate. We scheduled an appointment and he came on the day of the appointment and did his job professionally. I am very happy with his work. He is also a very nice and honest person. <br />

Unclogged a sink

He answered the phone the very first time I called him and was available within 24 hours even though my problem was not an emergency. He was very professional, showed up just as promised and he did a great, very through job. I have this (as a maintenance issue) done every year since my house is older and the pipes need to be babied. I will never call anyone else for plumbing needs again. The site won't let me give him an A+. <br />

Has a water main break behind building and it was flooding. I called 9 other plumbers and they all said "I know you have an emergency but I have nobody to send to you. We can get there in a week or so." of course that wasn't going to work. Art came and worked into the night even though he was busy too. He got me all taken care of and stopped our flood. Good job guys. Price was fair too! <br />

Art was punctual, very pleasant, inspected my faucet problems, and fixed them that day, as he had the correct cartridges in his truck. In four days, I called him and said the shower was still not working properly, and he came that day and put a new cartridge in. I would hire him again. The price was much better than others I had estimate the cost. <br />
