They did an excellent job.  They worked very hard and were careful with all my belongings.  They were very efficient as well as polite.

They were 4 1/2 hours late.  The owner or manager said they would "take care of me" at the end. <br /> They came with one blanket. They didn't wrap anything. They said it would take one trip. It ended up taking two and I had to leave a $300 BBQ, and 2 workbenches behind or pay for another trip! I moved my things into a storage unit. The things are just thrown into the storage unit. I have pictures. The lawnmower is stored tilted  and gas leaked out all over the storage unit floor. Misc things piled on the unwrapped couch. They broke a wheel off the elliptical machine. I am sure other things are broken. <br /> "Taking care of me" was a discount of $50 off gas. Then they offered a 5% discount, their website says 10% off. So he changed it and gave me 7.5%. I had to sign the paperwork and rate the "Job Satisfaction" with 3 guys standing right there? Aaron, if you really want an accurate rating, follow up with your customer after. That is what I waited for, with you, but I never heard from you. <br />

I have used this company twice now and am extremely satisfied with them.  First they are very competitively priced and I did a lot of research because I would need the company I selected three times (am using them again soon for a move to St. George).  Aaron is very responsive with all inquiries and checked after the service to make sure I was satisfied.  He appreciates your business and lets you know it.  They were a little late the second time but contacted me ahead of time with a legitimate reason, which I appreciated - no waiting around wondering where they were.  These guys were professional yet personable.  The last time I used them, three guys worked their tails off in 100+ degree heat for 6 hours and only stopped twice WHEN I TOLD THEM TO - to eat and take a short water break because it was so hot.  They listened closely to my input on how I wanted some things handled, did exactly as I asked, answered all questions courteously and handled my belongings with care.  The big moving companies could learn a thing or two from them about customer service.  In conclusion, I received everything I expected and more and I got every penny's worth.  <br /> In the process of providing me pricing for our upcoming move from Salt Lake City to St. George, Aaron even asked what my expectations were prior to giving me a quote and offered a discount because of my repeat business.  (I didn't have to ask)  Even with the cost of storage units, A.R.M.S pricing was favorable to pod-type solutions that would not deliver to St. George - only to large markets - closest being Las Vegas, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE TO GO RIGHT THROUGH ST. GEORGE TO GET THERE!!!  If you like good service, pricing and supporting locally owned businesses, A.R.M.S. is an excellent solution. <br /> RWB <br /> Draper, Ut <br />
