"The leak may have continued due to ice being trappe in the soffit area, we always remove the snow and ice from the gutter all the way to the ridge.if there is no snow to feed the damn it cannot leak water into the house, if you had another contractor come the next day there would be no snow removal to do Im sorry you were not happy with the service we provided and if you would of called me and said it was still leaking i would have taken care of it or refunded your money Ive been in business for almost 25 years and have alway stood behind my work"
