Everything went well, they reattached some loose gutters and also checked the rest of my gutters which they also found some missing screws

Affordable Roofing was a pleasure to deal with. John came out quickly for an estimate when called and communicated well from estimate to job completion. Very quick service, once estimate was completed I called the following week to approve estimate. John then followed up with some possible dates to complete the roof. Once I selected a start date, which was approx. 2 week after estimate, the 3 man Crew showed up at 8 am with John to start. Very hard working efficient crew. Old roof was off quickly, roll-off dumpster arrived on time and roofing materials showed up right on time and hoisted on the roof. Roof was installed that day. No mess, no fuss. Clean-up was great and dumpster taken away quickly. No issues, professional job at an Affordable price. Roof looks good and I have no complaints.

Affordable Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on our 125 year old farmhouse, removing several layers of material and replacing the decking on the porch roofs. From my initial call for quote, the response was quick, the quote was within our budget and they started right on time! We did have several days of rain that delayed the completion, but the crew worked on Saturday to keep on schedule. We now have a 50 warranty on material and workmanship! The clean up was done extremely well! Incidentally, the day they finished, we finally received a quote from another company. We would recommend Affordable Roofing, we are confident in their ability to get the job done using quality materials and a great installation!

They started the roof on a Sunday and were completed by Monday afternoon. John and Roland exceeded our expectation and we would recommend these guys to anyone!

This was a very well-oiled machine! These professionals were courteous, honest, and hard working in the tiring and hot sun the day my roof was replaced. As you can see in my photo the before picture (on the bottom) and the after picture (on the top). The difference is night and day! Thank you Ronald and John from Affordable Roofing!

I called late Friday and was given an appointment for the next morning! They replaced a few shingles, sealed a couple areas on the roof and did a complete inspection. I asked for an estimate to replace the roof and it was less than I expected, but was told it didn't need done now. The roof is well over 20 years old, but they said the repairs they made should get me through the next year or two. With that kind of honesty they will definitely be the company that replaces my roof. They were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Affordable Roofing.

Arrived the day after we called and replaced the shingles, but they did not have shingles that matched what was on our roof. Fortunately, the missing shingles blew off from close to the top of the roof, so it's difficult to tell the difference. They kindly made up for it by fixing another small problem. We would probably hire them again.

Response after initial online inquiry was very prompt compared to other companies I contacted. They have a standard fixed rate for repair jobs less than 12 singles, so they didn't need to come out to give an estimate like other roofers require. It was just a few days until they came for the repair. They didn't have the correct manufacture/color shingle, so they put some shingles up temporarily to prevent any damage (which was good because it rained the next day). They got the correct manufacturer/color shingles and returned a few days later.

Affordable Roofing came out that day and repaired the roof. Didn’t worry that I wouldn’t be home to pay them that day. Said they would stop by for a check later in the week. My insurance company looked at their work and said the job was well done. That’s all I needed.

Did a complete roof inspection. Replaced missing shingles from a recent wind storm. Charged a flat fee. Very nice to deal with. Even came on a Sunday for emergency service!

It was a great pleasure working with Affordable Roofing. Roland and John were extremely helpful, honest and their prices were the best for the quality of work and time put in. They have a lifetime guarantee on workmanship which I did not find in any of the roofers I interviewed. They got the job on time, were very courteous, and when they finished the job they cleaned up like no one ever installed a roof. :) Will definitely refer their business to anyone in need of a roof. They were great, on time and just really efficient, got the job done, would hire again, Clean up needs some work and issues with cigarette butts in the yard but small things against how honest and fair they are and do great work!

Great. The scheduled day was raining slightly/very soupy and the entire crew waited around for 2 hours for the rain to stop, but it didn't. So they came the next day. I considered this a plus because it's really not a good idea to put wet materials on the roof and more unscrupulous roofers might have been tempted to do the job, but the Affordable Roofing team did the right thing and waited for the right weather.

I found Affordable Roofing's ad in my local Angie's List booklet. I called and Roland was very accommodating to schedule an estimate around my husband's availability. Very professional, was able to answer all of our questions, show us samples of all materials, and provided us with an estimate on the spot. We'd had another estimate that was literally twice the amount of Roland's, and weren't nearly as confident that the vendor knew what he was talking about - we knew immediately that Affordable Roofing was our team! Our skylights (3) needed to be ordered; less than two weeks after our estimate (and 30 minutes before I expected them) the work began. We have a 1900 sq ft house with not a lot of "drama" in terms of roof - the team had everything completed and picked up by 5:30PM that same day. They brought a dumpster on site the day of and took it away with them, so we didn't have that hanging around for any extra time. They rolled a magnet around and caught a lot of the stray staples; my husband has a smaller magnet and we found a few staples in our landscaping, but barely anything to speak of. With a 30 year roof, I'd hope we never have to call them again, but I wouldn't hesitate for a second to do so if I needed another roof. I highly recommend their work.

Roland was to the house on Saturday 13 Aug to look over the roof as it had recently started to leak. He inspected the roof providing pictures of bad areas explaining what was causing the leaks. Provided a couple courses of actions. We elected to go with new roof. A crew of 6 arrived the following Thursday and completed all work by 5:30 PM that evening. The crew was fast efficient, and did a good job of cleaning the area upon completion.
