I was complaining about the existing roof leaking. Roger came out and gave me an estimate that I liked so I had him replace the roof . <br /> He replaced the roof and it looked good. The first rain came and the roof still leaked. Roger came out the same day and redid the roof. I am still now waiting for it to rain again so we can check it out. I really think that Roger did a good job, he was always right out when I called about a problem and so far everything is well. More after the next rain,

The company were very prompt and seemed on the surface to be professional. However, what started off with an estimate of $400 ended up costing me $1600. I was advised that my roof that is on 4 years old needed all the Ridge tiles and venting cover collars replaced. Being unable to get on the roof myself I asked that they take before and after pictures so that I could contact my insurance as the company that replaced my roof were no longer in business. I also asked that they replace the chimney collar and cowl if necessary. The outcome, they have not replaced my chimney collar or cowl nor have they sent me the photographs. The job is incomplete. I originally owed them a balance of $400 which I sent to them on the 25th October because I was uneasy about not paying the whole amount that I signed to pay on the agreement. I cannot or would I ever be able to recommend Mr Blenkinship or his firm very very disappointed and feel like I have been scammed as I cannot prove the additional roof work was necessary due to having no photos.

He was very responsive. I had a leak in my roof that I found on a Sunday, and he came to check it out that same day. He gave a detailed description of the work he had to do and a two-year warranty on his labor. He was on site with his whole crew and made sure everyone knew what was expected to be done. He is quite competitive with his pricing. He also called several times to make sure I was happy with the work as it was going.
