"I am a little confused. Affordable Septic has no records of any work taking place at your address. We are a small business and can remember most of our jobs very clearly. It looks like this job took place 8 months ago. I believe you have the wrong company. Please call me at 850-509-0376. We work hard to keep customers satisfied with our service. Also, we do not service the plumbing inside homes. We are strictly a septic service. We would appreciate if you delete your review."

"On June 9, 2015, I contacted Mr. [member name removed] by phone to discuss the situation that led him to write a negative review on Angie's list. He was difficult to talk to and a sounded agitated. I discussed with him the fact that he would only allow my driver to look for the septic tank in the area he told him to look, and would not allow him to look elsewhere. After 45 minutes of searching in that area, without locating the tank, my driver convinced him to allow him to look elsewhere which allowed him to locate the tank. We also discussed the fact that he would not allow my driver to park down the hill on the parking pad, which would have allowed him to pump the septic tank. Unfortunately, we could not pump the tank from up the hill. This was an issue for Mr. [member name removed], as he was unable to understand why we could not pump the tank uphill. When my driver tried to explain the reasoning for this to him, he became combative and irrational. My driver apologized that we would be unable to pump his tank and went to leave, at which time Mr. [member name removed] continuously tried to give him a $100 for at least locating the tank. My driver repeatedly refused the money. As my driver was loading the hoses, Mr. [member name removed] gave the $100 to my driver's helper. I explained to Mr. [member name removed] that I was sorry that he was unsatisfied with our service, as we strive to provide excellent service to every customer and therefore I offered to send him a refund of his $100. He advised me that he did not want his money back. I also mentioned to Mr. [member name removed] that I was disappointed that he chose to post a comment about our vehicles not being properly maintenanced as a rumor that he had heard from a competitor. I advised him that my pump truck is more than regularly maintenance by a certified ASE technician. I again apologized for his dissatisfaction and ended the call."

The company arrived on time and got right to work. They had to cut up a section of my back yard to access the septic tank. They explained what they were going to do in advance and apologized for cutting my lawn. But when they were done, you could not even see where they had done it. <br /> They gave feedback on the condition of the tank and tips to prolong its life. Overall I was very satisfied with the service. <br />

The staff arrived on time, and were friendly and efficient. They parked on the street then ran hoses across the back yard to the septic tank and cleaned it out. I have an access cap on my tank, so they didn't have to disturb much of the lawn. In about 30 minutes they were done. One of them made some suggestions for use of septic tank additives to keep roots from entering the drain field. They cheerfully accepted my Angie's list coupon for a $25 discount. I was very pleased, especially since an estimate I received from another company for the same service was quoted as $75-$150 higher. <br />

It went very well. I called in the morning and they came out a scheduled by about 2 PM. He knew the code and understood where the tank should be. He explained the inner workings (not new news but showed his desire to inform us). Carefully identified the boundaries of the tank and then located the cover and opened it. He was very careful in laying his hose to make sure he did not damage any plants, solar lights, or sprinklers. He put down cardboard to keep his hydraulic system from leaking on the pavement. He drove up our driveway carefully and then pumped out the tank in about 15-20 minutes. All in all we are quite happy with the outcome. <br />

I called on Monday and was inquiring about quotes. He gave a very reasonable price and I also asked if he could come the next day. Yes, he said. <br /> He walked through every aspect of what he was going to do with my husband, showing him the filter that should be cleaned every 3 months. (I had no idea we were suppose to clean out that filter). <br /> Very nice man and extremely professional. <br /> I would highly recommend him to anyone. <br /> <br />

Mark called ahead to let me know when he would be at my home. He cleaned the septic tank and then cleaned the filter. Two years ago I had the septic tank cleaned by another company, the worker did not tell me I had a filter there fore he did not clean the filter, I did not know that the tank had a filter until Mark pointed it out. He also tested my drain fill make sure it was working properly. Thanks Mark and Robbie.

We called to schedule a routine pump of the septic tank, but actually called Affordable due to a coupon we wanted to use. He was professional, arrived on time, and worked efficiently. Our handle cap on the tank was broken and he rigged it so that it would be easier to remove during the next pump out service. I was very pleased with his service and plan on using him again in the future. <br />

Robbie Miller showed up promptly and immediately got to work. He explained what he was doing and I learned a lot. While cleaning my septic tank, he shared some helpful information about the upkeep for my septic tank and when I should have the tank cleaned again. Because I had some tree roots around the tank, he told me about a product that I could flush down the toilet that would help repel the roots so they wouldn't intrude into the tank. He was very pleasant and I felt he charged a very fair price for excellent work. When he left my house, you couldn't even tell where he had to dig up to get to the tank. <br /> I would recommend him to anybody who needs septic tank work. SUPERB SERVICE!! <br />

Found Affordable Septic ServicE on Angies List and planned to call as one of 3 possibilities. Called Affordable Septic at 8:30 am this morning for a quote on Septic Service as the first possibility. They gave me the quote of $ 250 and said they could come out that morning about 10 am. I arrived at my Moms house around 10 am and soon after Mark from Affordable Septic called and said he would be there shortly. Mark went to work locating the septic tank. It did not take him too long with his probes. He dug out about a 3 foot square hour to find the septic tank lid and hit it right on the money. Mark shoveled the clay on a rubber mat so it would not create a mess and would be easy to re-cover the septic lid. Then he asked permission to back his truck over my Moms drive to get in position to pump the tank. While he was pumping he gave me some advice about keeping the septic tank clean. It took him a total of 2 backbreaking hours for the whole job. I would highly recommend Affordable Septic Service to anyone who needs their septic tank pumped. <br />
