Excellent. Great price, next day service. Mike was exceptional and the work was too. 2 hours start to finish, cleaned up and my neighbor hired them to stay!

I was very impressed the way they removed the Ash tree near a garage by the use of a crane. They removed all the branches and cut up tree trunk. They did spotless clean up the work area. I was very impressed with their work method. I would hire them again if I require any more tree services. I would recommend them any one requiring tree services. I am very pleased with the results.

WARNING: Afforable Tree Company has a $2500 deductible. Because of all the problems I had with them paying for damage, I called their insurance company. Alicia said they could not make any claim unless it was over $2500. Mike does not return text, calls or emails. I finally texted Kenny and he did respond when I told him I was putting it through insurance. I will detail the issues below. I hired Affordable Tree Company to take down trees in my front yard, grind stumps and remove and chip honeysuckle. I came back from the store when they were finishing up. Mike met me at the top of my driveway and said, I have good news and bad news. Good news is we have all your trees cut down (I don't know why that was good news--that's what I hired them to do) and bad news, we destroyed your landscape lighting. When they came for estimate, I specifically showed them wire location and stressed the importance of being careful when grinding up stumps. He will claim it wasn't 18 inches below. It was landscape lighting and didn't have to be. It was also in conduit. They insisted their electrician fix it. After waiting several days and Halloween coming, I had my electrician cap off all wiring that was mangled out of the ground. When my electrician fixed the entire landscape areas (two landscape areas were connected), I had him write two bills--one for affordable tree damage and one for my new areas. Of course, Kenny said he wouldn't pay because it wasn't detailed. It certainly was. I sent him a new bill and never heard back. I finally called his insurance company who stated they wouldn't pay unless it's more than $2500. BEWARE! There were two other issues--I think after destroying my lights in my one landscape bed, he didn't grind out the stump in the other bed. When we went to put in new plants, the stump was still there. The second issue--they were suppose to chip all the honeysuckle and brush. Instead they pushed the whole pile into the woods which is on my neighbor's property. Kenny told me over 3 months ago that he would come chip the pile. He still hasn't done it. It is an eyesore. Therefore I highly recommend NOT using this company.

They cut down 25 trees, and promised to remove one more at a separate site. They didn't honor the agreement, but my choice was not to work with them any more because they were unprofessional in their communications. They made assurances by word of mouth that they didn't honor. I should have gotten everything in writing that they promised to do. My bad.
They did a fine job, and I even wrote a good review for them. However, upon removing the pile of chips left from the stump, I realized that a lot of the stump was still there. I called them and they said they would come out to complete the job. Then he said there was a problem, and it would be a few days. Then he said next weekend. Then he said he hadn't forgotten about me and would come out. I called AGAIN yesterday, and AGAIN he acted like someone would be right out, but no came. I want to clarify that the crew that came out was awesome. I don't think they saw that there was still some stump, because the pile of chips was over a foot high. I graded the professionalism based on their lack of response to me.

I had them out earlier than the date listed because I thought the tree would fall on leach line for the septic system. When they came out the tree fell right on the line. There was a big impact on the ground and I was afraid it might break. I don't think that happened but they said they wouldn't put the tree there to begin with. They drove on my yard and left all types of ruts. They said they would come back and fix it and now they aren't answering my calls.

They did the work but it took a while for them to actually do the work, about 3 weeks at least. When it was finally done, they were really sweet and did a fine job. There was a conflict between getting the service out so I felt they were overwhelmed with the amount of deals they had sold. For the amount of mulch and not having to go to the store, the price was really good!

It turned out fine and they covered the areas very well. They were supposed to come out in the morning and didn’t make it out until about 4pm. I ended up calling them. The price was reasonable and they were very good about knowing how thick to lay the mulch.

The gardeners showed up on time, asked exactly what we wanted, nicely proposed additional services, did the work well and promptly. Nice work on mulching. Very friendly group. I would use them again for this type of landscape maintenance work.

Mike and crew arrived and took down and away two 80 foot plus oak trees in about 4-5 hours. There were electric wires in the way, but they used a crane and had no problems. They cleaned up the mess right away. I would use these guys again.

They were very pleasant to work with for the entire project.

It was a great experience.

The service turned out pretty well. It was nothing bad at all. Nothing really stuck out, and nothing bad happened for sure.

They broke my driveway bc they had a crane on it. They said they have insurance to fix it. I sent several emails. They have been postponing because of the winter. I sent them another email, today and they are saying that are out of business.

These folks came highly recommended by a neighbor. We were very excited as they seemed anxious to please and their estimate was very reasonable. On the first visit, they planted a tree and were to apply sod in an area left bare from a previous tree removal. They ran out of sod and had to go and get more. The sod they brought back, looked like they had dug it out of someone's yard. It had weeds and clover in it. They also sprayed the ivy around our trees to kill it and asked us to call them in the spring for removal of the dead ivy. We contacted them in the spring as suggested. They did not call or show up on the agreed date or time. We tried several times to reach them and when we finally did, they said they had equipment breakdown and would be late. We agreed on a different date and time. Again the landscaper was very late with no call to me until I finally reached the partner who said they would be there in 1 hour. It was three hours later when they finally showed up again with no call to me. The ivy was finally removed and we asked that they come back and plant Lariope around the trees where the ivy had been removed. They did not returned our calls to schedule this appointment. We ended up doing the work ourselves. These folks are good talkers and seem to want to the business and go on and on about how they care about their customers. They are very unreliable. Classic case of once they got busy, they no longer seem to care about the quality of their work.

The staff was super friendly. It took them several tries to get out to our house. With the weather being so wet and everyone rescheduling, they finally got out to the house and did a great, fast, diligent job at mulching.
two young men made quick work of the large tree by cutting it into pieces small enough to move. They were polite and also cut down a smaller dead tree which only took a couple of minutes but was very helpful.
I was calling and texting the company to have them come out to do the work. We had something scheduled finally in November and they never showed up. They then stopped returning my calls and texts. They also mentioned they do not like their relationship with Angie’s List to me which I thought was very unprofessional. I ended up getting a refund.

Everything turned out fine. We did go back and forth on scheduling due to the weather and it took them a while for them to come out to the home but we were able to lock down a date. It was a bigger job than they expected so they ended up working until 10 in the evening to get the job done in one day. They cleaned everything up well around the yard and the driveway. I was very impressed with them and they exceeded my expectations.
