Spoke with Jeff from Affordable. The water heater was initially installed by them. It was 16 years old. I just bought this house in September. The repair man came out the next day and installed the new one. He found some pipe problems so he may come back out. The price was reasonable I thought. Happy to have this done. Zach was great.

I highly recommend Affordable Water Heaters! I found them on Angi, and Jeff called me back right away. He explained the different options and costs. He was very patient as I got other estimates. Affordable Water Heaters had the best product, the best price, and the most flexible scheduling. Jeff explained the process and how to maintain the water heater. After it was installed, Jeff checked in to make sure I was happy with the work. When it comes to maintaining the home where my family lives, I am an extremely fussy client. Affordable Water Heaters surpassed my expectations.

This was my first time using Angi and I was thoroughly impressed. Jeff from Affordable Water Heaters called me immediately. He answered all my questions and assured me I could have my water heater replaced that afternoon within a 4 hour window. Shane came out and did the install. He was friendly but professional and hauled away the old heater and cleaned the area. Would highly recommend this company.

They installed the water heater but they didn't install it well. The 1st time it was leaking gas, so we had to call them back, and they had to come back the 2nd time.

My water heater went out sunday night. Jeff called me monday morning at 7am. His price was hundreds better than the 2 companies I called the previous night. He definitely has the best prices around. Once I gave him the okay his team was out here by monday afternoon at 1pm. They removed the old water heater, installed the new water heater, and disposed of the old water heater all in about 40-45 mins. These guys were in and out. The new water heater works like a charm and thanks to jeff and his teams quick reponse I didnt skip a beat. Affordable water heaters saved me time, money, and stress. Along with their 6 year warranty on parts and labor you cant beat this deal. I would highly recommend.

Quick, efficient, affordable (yeah, like the name says), friendly, quality....pick any positive description you want and it will likely apply to my experience with Jeff and Les. Filled out the Angi form on a Saturday morning, had a brand new water heater by 4pm. Just was an outstanding experience.

Checked Angie's list for hit water tank repair / replace and Jeff from Affordable called quickly. We discussed the options and Jeff was very honest with his recommendations after looking at the tank. Schedule a replacement and his guys were out later that day. The installers were on time and very polite and professional.
