I already told you many, many, many months ago! <br />

It went very well.  They arrived on-time and as scheduled and worked until the job was completed.  He even took care of some problems that arose when one of the windows was removed and did not increase the price of the job. <br />

We had used Affordable before for a 'quick fix' need to siding for a home we were selling and felt that they were very professional and nice. When we bought this house and thought about our needs we turned to Affordable again. Because it's a one owner business with no office or office help the owner sometimes takes a little while to get back to you. But once he does contact you things move fine. Measurements were taken, items were ordered and the installation was timely.  There was one issue with one of the installers who apparently couldn't figure out how to do much of anything but the owner came back and took care of it all. The only issue left undone was a lock for the exterior door which my husband took care of himself.  <br /> They are very careful in the home and clean up after themselves. I'm please with the work and the outcome of what the did. <br />

Mike from Affordable showed up on time for both quote and to do the work. <br /> There was a team of two to three guys each day. Mike the owner worked with crew most days. <br /> <br /> I was told it would be about three weeks from start to finish, depending on weather. He was pretty much right on schedule. <br /> <br /> Any questions I had throughout the process was were answered quickly and to my satisfaction. <br /> <br /> Guys did an excellent job and worked hard. <br /> <br /> I couldn't have asked for more and I don't have any compaints. <br /> <br /> I had a question about the new windows and about adjusting the door to close with less force. Mike came by on a Sunday morning and took care of everything.

He responded to my call.  If he was going to be late, he made a point of calling.  The job finished as piomised.

We were in the process of fixing up our home to sell. Siding around our garage had been damaged when someone backed in and 'missed' the garage. In addition, some parts of the siding were old and tired. Affordable came in and repaired/replaced the pieces and the house looks awesome! They did a very nice job - they are wonderful to work with - and they cleaned up their work area too.

Mike from affordable siding was super from the start. The first job he performed for me was to replace the siding on a small section of my house. We had a leak caused by a combination of damaged siding and poor flashing between the siding and roof. Mike arrived a few minutes EARLY on the scheduled estimate day and the day of the job. He took the time to explain the process start to finish and to perform the work as promised. He successfully improved the appearance of that section of the house and repaired the leak caused by the flashing. Based on his work with the siding, We had him give an estimate on replacement of 2 windows that had some wood damage. Because the window replacement was a small job, we agreed with him to be flexible in the scheduling and have him do the job between larger jobs he had ongoing. He kept in communication with us and we were able to work out a date that was agreeable. Again on the day of work, Mike and his helper called before arriving to give us an estimated time of arrival and then proceeded to arrive a few minutes before that time. The completed project looked great when done and exceeded my expectations. Affordable Windows and Siding made a promise, exceeded that promise and will get additional business from me.
