My daughter locked herself out of her car a bit before midnight at a gas station in a so-so part of town a few weeks ago.  I called John, gave him the location and away he went.  He found her and had her back in her car within a few minutes.  Since she had no cash on her, I gave him my credit card information over the phone, and the price was very reasonable.  He did not charge extra for travel or the time of day.  I would definitely use him again. <br />

The gentleman arrived perfectly on time. We had just purchased the house and there were eight locks to be replaced. Some of the door locks had to be worked on to get things fitted and working effectively. His work was very strong and rapid and the locks are working perfectly. <br /> We would recommend this company and this gentleman. <br />

It went great, they did not have the the double keyed locks that I wanted to install.  They sugested that I go to Home Depot and purchase the ones that I wanted which would be less expensive than if they got them for me.  I went to Home Depot and purchased the lock and they came back the very next day and installed. <br />

Overall the experience was very good.  Travis arrived on time and was professionally dressed and very pleasant.  He changed out the locks efficiently (I had other workers in the house also).  Upon completion of the job, we did a walkthru and checked to ensure the keys and doors worked properly.  I did  find one door that was not catching properly after he left.  When I called Travis, he indicated there would be no problem adjusting the door lock.  I would definitely recommend this copmany again.

I had to rush one of my dog's to the vet during the ice storm we had last winter.  In the rush to get the dog out and into the vet, I accidently locked my keys in my car.  I am a member of AAA and called them first.  After an hour, AAA was still not there.   My vet is a member of Angie's list and immeidately looked up and found Travis.  He arrived in less than 15 minutes and had me in my car in less than 5 minutes.  I highly recommend A Friendly Locksmith; honest and dependable!!

He gave me a price, I told him that was a little too much for me. I told him a price about $15 less, and he came out within 15 minutes and opened the door for me. He was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, and he was the best locksmith that I have ever used.

Overall, we were pleased with them.

We bought our home at noon, and called Travis around 1:00 in the afternoon. Told him it was not an emergency, but that we wanted the locks changed as soon as he was available. He arrived at 2:00 pm and was finished in about 30 minutes. He removed the locks from the doors and went out to his truck to change the locks. He put them back together, tested all the keys for us, and that was that. We were very happy about how quickly he came out. He was friendly and polite, and we would call him again if we need locksmith service again.
