My basement flooded from a surprise heavy rainstorm that hit the Lehigh Valley unexpectedly for the Christmas holiday 2020. Had water pumped out of my basement, they had to move heavy furniture, set up drying equipment on a major holiday and pull up carpeting to let it dry. Family owned with a military veteran running things! Was so pleased at the professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help us in an emergency on a holiday! Jeff and Brian explained the whole process to ease my concerns on what to expect. Gave me all the info to submit to my insurance in a timely manner. Not only that, but I was most impressed with their trusted subcontractor Don! I emphasized that in 3 weeks I had a guest coming for a visit and really hoped to have my house in order by then. At the time there was a long wait for contractors due to many homes still recovering from a tropical storm flooding that had hit a few months prior. Don and his grandsons (another family business) restored our floors beautifully, fast and efficiently! I even requested to have vinyl plank flooring fitted around my heating oil tank which is a tight area to work in. Their attention to detail made my basement beautiful again! 2 months later my diswasher leaked into my basement...again I called, they came to dry things out and the process went just as smoothly. From start to finish and attention to detail, these guys are a gem! One of their workers even noticed I had a sticky note of their number on my refrigerator...and they replaced it with a nice company magnet. Highly recommend!

They arrived very quickly to handle our flooded basement. They where very professional and knowledgeable. I even had them to all the repairs once everything had been dried up. They put in new flooring and trim, and painted the entire room. Would highly recommend.

Very prompt to remove water and begin to dry out basement. Installed a new sump pump and repaired non-heating water heater. Not finished yet.
