Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
We worked with AGC to remodel some of our home before moving in. Our scope of work included demo of existing flooring and installation of our selected flooring choice, carpet replacement in the entire house, painting the interior, and some landscaping work outside. We could not be more pleased with how everything turned out, and the AGC team was tremendous to work with. They were timely to reply whenever we had questions, were thorough in their work, and took time to make sure we completed the project as we intended. Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
Working with these folks over the past several years has been such a positive experience. They helped me finalize the design for my home and made what can be a very overwhelming remodeling process feel manageable and exciting. I got three quotes for my construction project and was most impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of AGC's representative with regard to my complex situation. Having done much of the type of work that would be done myself over the years, I could tell by how they described the repairs and what needed to be done that they were commercial grade thinkers and doers and could visualize every step of the project and explain to me the potential difficult steps and how they would solve them. The craftsmanship of the work was the best I've had after contracting with multiple companies over the years and I reached out on my own initiative twice to the project manager to complement their workers to be sure the company knew how good their people are.

Wow, simply WOW!!! Could not be happier with our kitchen and bathroom remodel done by the incomparable AGC crew! Their attention to detail, unbeatable work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction have our house looking better than ever. The Project Management executed by Elizabeth was perfection. She was attentive, communicative, professional, and a joy to be around! It is clear that she and everyone we worked with at AGC takes tremendous pride in their work. We will absolutely be using them again for our 2nd bathroom remodel, flooring redo, and potential garage conversion as I couldn’t imagine working with any other team. Before deciding to go with AGC, we contacted 4 different companies to get bids. AGC far outshined the other options based on customer service and clarity of vision. Though not the cheapest or fastest option, Geoff from AGC was honest and reasonable and won our bid. The reno process consisted of a design portion, multiple budget reviews, scope revisions, and ultimate final budget helped us to feel fully aware of all necessary aspects of our project and made the end result that much sweeter as we didn’t have too many unexpected changes required. We hired AGC to add a closet and primary bathroom to our 1960s house, as well as completing some minor cosmetic renovations to the existing spaces. Their pricing was very fair, and communication was great from beginning to end! We never had to wait long for a response if we had a question or problem, and every AGC employee we dealt with was professional, courteous, and respectful. Our addition turned out beautifully, and we absolutely love our new and improved spaces. I'm so glad we chose them to handle the remodel of our forever home!

I spent quite a bit of money repairing the house but it left the house needing a lot of cosmetic work, and in the meantime, there were areas of the house that needed to be updated. I contacted AGC with a small budget and a very specific amount of time I needed the work done in and they walked us through step-by-step, were patient with the financing and got started exactly when they said they would. Additionally, Geoff advised me and helped me with issues that cropped up that weren't part of the scope of work. We were super happy with AGC and can't wait to use them again for our next project.

My relationship with AGC began in late 2020 when I hired them to remodel our main bathroom. I wanted our bathroom to reflect 20,000 leagues under the sea theming, and they not only did a fantastic job, they were able to help with ideation and some thematic touches, like our squid shower drain! I invited them back last summer to remodel the downstairs portion of our home. It was a huge overwhelming project, including our kitc hen, dining room, living room, guest suite (with full bathroom) and half bath. In the short time between our first bathroom project and this one, they had already incorporated a lot of prior feedback and grown their team. I knew it would be a difficult project- I had an idea for cabinet doors that I could not find anywhere, I wanted a rustic theme, but not farmhouse, and I wanted to incorporate a kayak chandelier we made, and I had lots of ideas of colors, theming, etc. The cabinets ended up having to be custom made, and AGC really delivered an amazing product. During the process they continued to deliver first class service. They established the work site with a set of dust barriers, and it really helped keep our living area separate from the chaos. Everyone who came to the house was courteous and professional. Our space was treated with respect and I felt comfortable with everyone who came in. Any questions and concerns we had were not only answered quickly but addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Want makes them stand out? Communication? Certainly. Responsiveness? absolutely. But AGC goes beyond even that. They really care about delivering a great product and making sure you’re happy. We ran into snafus along the way, and AGC not only handled the issues, but they anticipated the ensuing chaos and helped us stay comfortable throughout it all. We demoed during the winter and had to get the gas turned off until we jumped through the permit hoops, and AGC made sure that we had heat and warm showers each day. This project went better than we could have hoped. AGC are the opposite of what most people think about contractors. They provided a fair estimate that reflected precisely what we wanted, they made useful suggestions, treated us respectfully, were honest about needed or changes/costs to initial plans, communicated continuously (and had people on site every day to update us), did excellent work, and best of all they finished on schedule. I would happily recommend them and will definitely use them again.
