I needed a makeover in my kitchen and everything ended up looking beautiful. The backsplash was very nice and the countertops had a very clean look. He’s a very clean worker, doesn’t leave the area dirty like others. Communication was great, if I had a question he quickly responded to my messages. I need to get my tile replaced so for sure I will have him in mind. Thanks!

The owner and Alberto did a wonderful job. If we had a tile deisgn, Alberto would make it even better. We will be calling them again soon to do more work in our latest home addition.

The floor looks beautiful. They returned phone calls, showed up on time and did a great job. They gave me a price for labor and told me how much tile, quickset, and grout I would need. Then I went to Lowes and picked everything out. They put a sub floor under the tile with a wire mesh and concrete so that if the house was ever leveled the tile wouldn't be as likely to crack. No one else I talked to had mentioned doing this. They worked around my busy schedule, too.

First off, if you don't speak Spanish, you will need to get his secretaries cell number to set up an appointment as he doesn't speak English that well, but understands it. He normally works with an associate who does speak both languages fluently so once you agree on the work it goes fairly well. Secondly, Senor Garcia is the only tile guy on Angie's List who does repairs it seems, most will rip out and install a new floor, but we had custom tile over the entire first floor and only wanted the cracked and lifted tiles replaced. He works mostly on weekend for small jobs, came out and gave us a verbal estimate and started work according to our schedule. He ended up having to do a bit more work and came back on a work day to finish it off. I had to do the grout sealing and a bit of the clean up, but all in all a top notch job, and the extra work did not cost us much more than the estimate.

I looked at many tile companies on Angie's List, looked in the yellow pages, and went to many tile stores. I liked samples I saw, but didn't find what I wanted, so made my own design. When I would ask for estimates on installing what I wanted, they were reluctant saying it might cost a lot because I was mixing tiles la-ti-da. Alberto came and saw the tile and design I had and gave me a great estimate (and also told me how much and what kind of mortar and grout was needed as I had no idea). I chose him to do the work and am really glad I did. Alberto and Jose did a fantastic job matching my design perfectly. My floor is absolutely beautiful (Alberto took several pics for his portfolio!) and the grouting in the kitchen and bathroom is clean and white. He was a very quiet, pleasant man to work with and appears to take great care and pride in his work, and his niece Gabby (who helps translate) is also a very nice lady to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a fine job done.

When we first attempted to contact Alberto, we found that the telephone number on Angie's List is wrong...the correct one being 832-492-7022, which puts you in touch with his niece Gabby. She interprets for Alberto, because although he understands English well, his spoken English is not as good and he wants to be precise in his communication of the job. We experienced no problems whatsoever in communicating with Alberto, but when he had a question he would call Gabby and she would interpret, to assure of no miscommunications. He showed up promptly and worked 12 hour days, always cleaning up after himself and using drop cloths throughout the house. He had suggestions about how to make the new slate ''fit'' in with the old pattern yet be a bit more artistic in the installation. Bottom line, he completed the job on time, within the original estimate and best of all, his work is exquisite, simply beautiful! Alberto did an excellent job at replacing the broken and missing tiles in our home. Alberto was very thorough and took his time to get the job done right. He is very professional in his work, is very knowledgeable about installing tile, and considerate about the house he is working in.

Alberto responded to our call right away. Showed to appointment with photos of his work. Helpful in choosing tile. Began and completed job on time. Showed up very early in the morning and stayed late. Cleaned up after himself on a daily basis. Respected estimate and asked before anything extra needed to be done. We will sure call him again for other tile work at our home. Very much pleased with his job!

GREAT EXPERIENCE. ALBERTO IS TALENTED, CLEAN AND WORKS HARD. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. HE TOOK OFF THE FORMICA -- WITH A HELPER HE BROUGHT WITH HIM -- AND HE WAS METHODICAL ABOUT THE WHOLE JOB. THE WORK IS SUPERB. WHILE ALBERTO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH, HE DOES NOT SPEAK FLUENTLY.
