The team at AGS is amazing! Their team is professional and prompt. The kitchen cabinets turned out awesome and they took care of the measurements, install and any adjusting that needed to be done. Their team promptly templated for the granite and made sure we approved of the layout. Their team installed the tops and the kitchen turned out gorgeous!

It went great; many of my friends were remodeling kitchens, and had nightmare stories and the time was often double or triple what had been promised. I'm so grateful my experience was different! AGS Stone was very helpful; allowed me to select the actual granite slab to be used; allowed approval of the template on the slab (so I could be sure my favorite part didn't get cut out for the sink or cut for the stove insert). The cabinets were great; a small piece had been damaged in shipment and they had immediately ordered a replacement which had arrived by the time the counters went in. The delivery was on time; the installers were very nice and left the new kitchen very neat and clean. I would use them again (but hopefully this is my last kitchen!) and would highly recommend them. It's a family company, and when you go there, it is obvious they are a close team that takes pride in their work. And everyone loves my new kitchen!

Excellent before the sale, very helpful with finding the right type of countertop material. They have a very large selection available from area suppliers. Very helpful professional guidance was given. The kitchen was pre measured by one of their technicians. The Installation was performed on time as scheduled and was done in very methodical manner. the end result was nothing short of outstanding. Highly recommend this firm.

Kathy at AGS stone was wonderful. She showed us what we did not even consider before we went. But, it was just what we wanted after we looked at it. She really knows her stuff. The price was very goo also. Someone came out and measured a few days later and a few days after that it was installed. Installation went very well. Took about 4 hours or so and was very professional. Can not go wrong choosing this company. Highly recommend.

The entire staff was amazing! We had never done any kind of remodel so we had lots of questions.. but Jackie and Kathy always very helpful and made themselves available for all of them. They also provided step by step details for the process for every step of the process! .. The granite is IN and we were not disappointed. Great value for an amazing stone and experience!! Great people to work with and made great recommendations.

We experienced excellent customer service from the showroom to measuring to installation. Jackie took time to show us their available products and what to expect with each. They took precise laser measurements (Jose was great!) prior to the installation (Roland was great too!) which was completed with care and accuracy. We are very pleased with our kitchen counters--the granite is beautiful. We highly recommend this local business! The prices are competitive with all the others and the product and install are top notch!

They were wonderful to work with. They listened to what I wanted to do, provided great suggestions, and were great at providing me with a quote in a timely manner. Once we chose the granite, I received a call to review my order and to make sure everything was correct. I was given a time frame for installation and they arrived right on time. The installation was so smooth. The guys did a great job and cleaned up everything before they left and made sure I was happy with everything. Thanked me for my business multiple times! I was very happy with everything and would definitely use them again!

Granite was beautiful, Sales was excellent, installation did not go very well. The installers came out and had a new member who placed the dishwasher bracket to high on my brand new solid wood island and then placed the giant slab of granite backwards and proceeded to turn the slab 180 deg on the island (WT????) There is plenty of room to face it the right direction and place correctly. I heard a huge CRACK and they said oh that is nothing - but when I went to look closer the dishwasher cabinet had split on the inside due to the high placement of the bracket again installed by a newbie. The main installer who originally boasted about how experienced he is just brushed it off and said that it would not crack any further as if to say that it was no big deal because it was the interior casing. I expected my Sales contact to call me or email me for follow up especially since I wrote a note about the incident on the invoice and he never did. There are MANY granite shops in Tampa, search for the right one that does service right from beginning to end.

It was a pleasure doing business with AGS Stone. Jackie and Kathy were both knowledgable and helpful, ordering larger samples to aid us in making a choice. The men who measured and installed our counters did an amazing job, and they look fantastic. We love our new counters and this company exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend them!

They did and excellent job, they explained what they were going to do and kept us informed from start to finish. The installation was professional and unmatched. We were going to go with Home Depot with the project, however AGS was cheaper with better quality and selection. . There are no middle man to deal with.

<p>I would like to tell you a little story of how I was able to select the Best Place to redo my Kitchen Island. I did, like the most of us, went to the local chain stores to compare prices. Since they contract out, I asked for the contractors names that they used; neither place wanted to tell me! I wanted this because I wanted to check them out before committing to a contactor that I knew nothing about. </p> <p>I then went to Angie's List to see who and what they had for Reliable Contractors. I was a bit skeptical as I thought it may end up costing more money. Since I needed to select a top for the Island, Angie's List had a local business run by a Family in Brandon called AGS Stone on Adamo. </p> <p>I went to the store and was greeted by Kathy. She listened to my needs as I told her what I was looking for. We looked a few that I had seen in other places and believe it or not, it was less expensive at AGS Stone vs the Chain stores! I found the most beautiful piece of Quartz that I have seen, and not seen anywhere else! Because I was only doing the Island, I was able to select from smaller pieces that are actually onsite. They were also able to provide me with multiple choices for Cabinetry. </p> <p>Once everything was selected with Kathy, I was then assigned to Dwayne, who coordinated the install. Dwayne was able to work with the budget I had as we finalized the design. Dates were made and phone calls to confirm every step along the way from the Cabinets getting installed, to the person to do the Template of the top and finally the install of the top. </p> <p>I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about a small job or a large job. Their professionalism, Eye for Details, Relationship that is established was far beyond what I could have expected. Don’t under estimate what you think may be more expensive than the chain stores. As I found out, that is not always the case. </p> <p>My next project…. How nice would quality stone look in the Master Bathroom!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Cant wait to work with them again!!!</p>

To start, we had a mold issue that was caused by the previous homeowners. There was a leak behind the wash room that actually seeped into our bathroom and caused mold in that whole area. Before the project could even start, they had to quarantine the bathroom and had to remove the sinks and toilet. The drywall had to be completely redone as well as the closet. Now all of the major things have been completed. The cabinets are up in the kitchen and they are beautiful, not so much as a scratch on anything. All the stone work is done, the vanities are up. They are going to be sending out a plumber that they use to hook up all of the appliances. This company is impeccable. It is such a huge difference. They clean up after themselves and leave the house cleaner than it was before they came. I don't know how to thank them enough. The first company we hired bailed on us at the last minute, and this was in the midst of recovering from 2 heart attacks, so it really didn't help my stress levels, so I can really appreciate a company like this that works together and goes above and beyond with helping us out. They are taking care of everything and they go out of their way to help us with anything we need.

<p>I had granite countertops that I secretly hated, mostly because I settled for the wrong stone.  After living with them for 5 years I decided to start over.      </p> <p>I visited 3 different fabricators and right away I had the most confidence in AGS.  Jackie and Kathy were very helpful.  They patiently made many suggestions and answered all my questions.  They understood why I was hesitant about making another stone choice and never pushed me.  When I finally picked a slab (and, believe me, I was all over the place) they were very supportive.   </p> <p>When Jose arrived to make the template, I had prepared an entire page of typed issues and questions and talked to him about every single one.  He was very friendly, patient and answered everything. One of the changes we wanted from the old granite was a different curve on one corner, which he understood and agreed would be better.  I knew he was listening to me.</p> <p>I asked to be present during the layout and Flavio handled it beautifully.  He spotted small flaws on the slab we would not have noticed and was very patient with my concerns about the curve.</p> <p>The installers were John and Jason and they were fantastic.  They couldn't have been nicer and did everything I asked of them.  The installation was flawless.  </p> <p>One of my many concerns was the edge.  I selected granite with a leathered finish and I was worried they would not be able to duplicate the same finish on the edge.  Alex and Jackie had assured me their specialist, Eduardo, would be up to the task.  It's an eased edge and a perfect match!  We really can not see a difference.  </p> <p>After the installation Alex called to make sure everything went well and I assured him I couldn't be happier!   Through the whole process I was waiting for something to go horribly wrong but it never did.  The new countertops look so fabulous I don't even feel guilty now about removing the old granite.  </p> <p>I highly recommend AGS.  They made it happen.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

AGS installed new marble counter tops in my kitchen and the final product was amazing. I was referred by a friend of mine who raved about AGS and I was not disappointed. The entire experience, from the sales team, to the fabricators, and installers went very smoothly. Everyone was knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. The project was completed on time and there were no surprises along the way. I cannot say enough about the customer service I received while working with AGS. I highly recommend them! <br />

I would give them AA. They did an excellent job.

We first went to one of the local big box stores for a baseline of materials and overall costs. The initial price per square ft was reasonable, but they up charged for everything along the way. Quite expensive and out of our budget. I searched Angie's List for a highly rated company in the area and found AGS. From our initial visit to the final install, everyone was professional and helpful. No surprises or sales pressure at all. We now have the counters we wanted, and right on budget. Overall great experience, and I would definately use them again. <br />
