Carpet install was faulty and owners do not return calls to get the situation fixed. It's been almost a year and we still have tears in our carpet where the seams were supposed to be connected. I have continually reached out to no avail and will now be pursuing legal avenues to have this rectified. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! You do not want the headache.

It went Awesome. They treated you like family. Went over and beyond our expectations. Looking forward to giving them more of our business as well as recommendations.

The company was great on their communications throughout the process. Quote reflected reasonable price and knowledge of getting work done economically. The work involved increasing structure strength, new subfloor, and carpet installation in a mobile home. Work was done in one day, professional manner, and beautiful results. More than pleased!!!

Professional and honest; followed through with everything they agreed to. Price included moving furniture and carpet stretching in LR, DR, den, bedrooms, closets, foyer. A big job.

The carpet stretching went well all the way from the initial contact, the assessment and estimate appointment, and the actual stretching day. Everything was handled professionally and there were no "surprises". Aguayo was one of the few companies we contacted that would move furniture, and that is the only way carpet stretching can be done right. Basically carpeting in every room on the first floor, including the MB closet, needed stretching. They moved all the furniture from one room to another and then back while they stretched the carpet in different rooms. I thought I'd be following them around with a vacuum cleaner, but they vacuumed up all the areas themselves after stretching was done. It was great. I would highly recommend.

It went very well. Installer was on time and completed the work in a timely manner.

I still loved my family room carpet after 35 years. But it had buckled a little bit and it was a tripping hazard. I called to see if they could re-stretch it and they said yes. They did an excellent job! They moved all my furniture out, some of it heavy, and re-stretched the carpet. It's beautiful. And I didn't have to buy new wall-to-wall carpet!

Very Prompt response to my inquirery for the installation of Carpet runners for two stairwells and a hallways that required a turn and some seems. Work was done professionally and the end product is exquisite. Above all, the price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend.
