RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS SUB!!!! Exterior went exceptionally well. However when it came to the interior, everything went south. Wouldn’t answer calls, return calls, show up when promised, quality was atrocious (paint on everything from wood floors to hardware, to cabinets and millworker). Used the wrong paint color on the entire house trim, wrong wall color in at least two rooms. Had to have them come back at least four tiles to correct items incorrectly done. Just a complete disaster.

Painting went well, trim work around window was good, front porch post replaced and other trim work was good, deck repair was not good. They didn't meet boards at proper angle, nicked the wood siding of house when replacing deck boards and have not returned to repair damages. The air vents were painted and one crumbled and fell. They have not replaced it.

Very good. Excellent. They were quick. They were tidy.

We were definitely pleased both with the quality of the work and with the overall value we received for the project(s). Jose's crew was very pleasant to work with. The cost is the combined for both buildings. They also did some minor carpentry fixups (eg blocking squirrel holes; fastening a few loose pieces of exterior siding). The siding on the exterior of the 'outbuilding' shown in the photos is the original siding dating back to ~ 1895.

Good work! painting crew was very nice and respectful of our home and time! Price was negotiable love that because we had lot of home repairs going on at the same time. Took longer to complete due to having to remove wallpaper from several rooms. They don't receive final payment until you the customer is totally satisfied! I would recommend them to my friends.

It was good. They have a good service. It was real good.
