They were fabulous. My parents are elderly, and they were wonderful. It was a very fair price because I had called some other places. The price was reasonable; it was a good price. They were very friendly, very prompt and on time. They kept in contact with me because my parents are elderly. They were very pleasant. They did their work quickly.

We contacted several companies to learn how they clean the duct system and the cost. Ah-Choo was the most expensive but after speaking to other companies, they appeared to be the most qualified. They came out for an estimate promptly and explained exactly what they would do. They have a 3 step process where the other two companies had a one step process. One company did not even come out.....he gave me a quote on the phone and indicated that they would clean the ducts for $795 but would not clean the air vents in the ceiling. I was disturbed by this and did not even give them any real consideration. <br /> Although Ah-Choo is twice as expensive as the other two companies, but my husband and I felt we were going to get a thorough cleaning. We have owned our house for 11 years with our house being a total of 30 years old. We had never had the ducts cleaned. So a very good cleaning was what we were looking for. We believe we got exactly that. It was worth the extra cost. <br />

The owner was very professional and courteous. All of his workers were careful of my home and belongings and were very <br /> courteous and did a great job, cleaning up everything when they left. <br />

It went well. He was very professional. He was pretty prompt. I think he finished the job within about a week from going out and inspecting everything.

I would definitely tell everyone with dirty air ducts and mold to use this company !! The owner of the company, came to the house and quoted me a price of 1800.00 for two units! I have around 12 air vents and of course two intakes. He was very nice and very upfront on the work that needed to be done. On the day his crew came they were very friendly and informative. They started at around 8 and they were finished before 2. They removed all of my air vents and cleaned them, they have never looked so good, and finished up with spraying a Mold Remediator through the whole units.. The price was exactly what they quoted!! no extra hidden expenses.

<br /> I would highly recommend AC-CHOO for duct cleaning and mold remediation. They were number one on Angie's List and did not disappoint. Vernon Gau is very knowledgeable with many years of experience and did a thorough inspection on our 20 year old house. After getting 3 estimates we scheduled AH-CHOO for our duct cleaning and they promptly performed the work the following week. We had mold in our first floor garage and they hand scraped the mold and coated all exposed joists and walls with a microbial protective coating. Kevin, Kris and Marty did an outstanding job with minimal disruption to our household. We now have no mold odors in our house and no worries for 10 years as AH-CHOO guarantees their work.
