David was extremely thorough and informative throughout the inspection, which took approximately 2.5 hours for a 3500 square foot home. He had no issue with me being present and asking questions as he went through the house. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a job well done.

I am quite satisfied with what they did for me. They are the best. I never interacted with them they just came into the property even before I moved in. They also did inspect for my new home. They did what they are supposed to do. I have no complaints. They have brought up couple of good points which actually helped me to get it repaired before I actually did my contract. There was some major couple of thing that they mentioned which was early good and I am happy about that. Their pricing was good and that was one of the reason I chose them. As I told they pointed coupe of important things, which I felt is clearly worth getting the inspection done. Couple of major things they mentioned in my inspection report for sure I remember one was regarding the building structure and the other one was regarding unit. I would use them again in the future. I actually referred them to another friend who was buying a house.

It went very well. David is very knowledgeable. He actually was hired to inspect the home I was selling as well and I was impressed with him and hired him as well.

Very Patient and detailed. He gave the report the same day and also when the seller had their belongings covering some places, instead of passing it off, he made sure i ask the seller to clear it up so that he can come back and inspect the covered area. <br>David is very professional and good.

Report was well written and thorough.  We also felt that the price was very good for the size and age of the house.  Would have liked more communication after inspection was finished to let us know when the report would be issued and offer of a phone call to provide verbal explanation. <br />

David was very thorough in his inspection. He took time to explain the detail in each issue he found and made sure to point it out to my husband and write it in the inspection report. He was neutral in his explanations - only giving us the facts without giving opinions on the overall situation. His report was extremely thoughtful and detailed and gave us a clear picture of what all of the issues were. We are very thankful for his thoroughness as he uncovered a major issue we would not have seen without him. We will definitely be using him for the next house we find that we want to purchase. <br />

His report was very detail with numerous complementary pictures. It allowed me to immediately schedule some repairs. <br /> However, there were several incorrect statements.  He said I did not have any working smoke detectors.  I tested the one in my living room and it worked, in addition, he said I did not have a carbon monoxide detector.   I did  have a carbon monoxide detector in the down stairs bedroom. It has an audio message that told me my batteries were low the night before and I had batteries on the kitchen counter when he was there.   <br /> It was morally wrong for him to tell me about other needed repairs without  telling me my smoke detectors did not work.  I would not leave a house thinking that.the house had no working smoke detectors. I  also have fire department records of my carbon dioxide detector going off and it was an error.  <br /> Also,  I called Duke power on  serving  my hot water tank through my appliance contract and the man said Duke does service the box for my area. problem that he said they did not deal with , but they did. They are ordering and placing  the items near breakers.  <br />   <br />

David showed up early to the inspection. By the time I arrived he had already started. He agreed to complete the inspection on short notice. He provided a through inspection report the day after the inspection was completed. This was appreciated since we were given a short inspection window by the bank on the foreclosed property. Based on his findings we decided not to purchase the house given all of the additional issues that were discovered. <br />

David arrived early for the appointment so we got started right away.  He was thorough and explained what he was inspecting and answered all of my questions.  He also provided information that will be helpful after I move in to the house.  Such as, the shut-off for water and electric,  After his inspection he went over his report on his laptop so I could ask questions.  By the next morning I had the complete report on my computer.  His reports are easy to read and understand and include  relative pictures.  I called David after I had an inspection by another company and did not feel comfortable with the process and results.  It was a different experience with David and AHI on this second inspection. <br />

The cost was around $400. They were very prompt. They were there when I needed them, when I was closing on my new home. It went great. I was very pleased. I would hire them again.
