Ailadax Remodeling, LLC

The contractor attempted 2 times to remove old laminate and repair uneven sinking floor in the kitchen. The job was poorly done as the floor was still uneven and new flooring was starting to crack. He promised to repair the floor again as it failed inspection. He did not show up nor answered my text nor call. HE also installed a sink using unprofessional installation practices and it leaked[used caulk on the drain].He would not fix this. The paint job was not touched up and the sheetrock behind the toilet was not smooth out well. Many times he had to be told repeatedly to do things he had agreed to do.I also want to mention the cleaning after job completion was poor. The kitchen cabinets were dusty and the cabinets had grease on them.I would not recomend this person who does not seem to have pride in his job

He is punctual and honest.

Very good experience with this company
