The service tech failed to unplug the drier before service resulting in a fire and my drier is destroyed. Owner refuses to take responsibility for the damages.

"[Member Name Removed], First thing, we didn't charge $1350, we charged $150. Next thing is that you being the landlord of this apartment should have safer appliances that don't put your tenant or the whole building in danger of a fire. As I told you (and we have video) the dryer was basically a booby trap for my technician. The connections were not put on properly and were loose, The INSIDE (not to mention the vent and the hose) of the dryer was filled with lint. Having the inside of the dryer packed with lint is not normal and is very dangerous. My technician just touched the metal of the dryer and it sparked and the lint inside caught on fire. Thankfully my technician got it under control right away. If it had been your tenant or it just sparked because someone else touched it could have put the whole building in peril. Thankfully you had a technician with 22 years experience and 10's of thousands of dryer vent cleanings under his belt. You can disparage us but I suggest that you take care of your tenants and the conditions of the units you rent."

The service person was excellent...very thorough. I have an older home so the dryer is vented outside. At first I thought it was going to be a waste of money, but he found a lot of lint/dust at the bottom of the dryer. In addition, the outside vent flap wasn’t working properly due to the amount of dust that had accumulated. He cleared it all out.

It went great! They cleaned two dryers. One dryer had a lot of lint and it was recommended that they come every year to clean it. The other dryer had little to no lint and they recommended to come only every two years. I appreciated that they didn’t suggest it to be cleaned every year unnecessarily.

Air Care Service was great to work with. Very responsive when I put in the initial request. Their service team was early to the appointment and did a thorough job examining the dryer duct. He actually found an issue that our builder had overlooked that will help us avoid future buildup. I would highly recommend them to others looking for a quick, professional team at a good value

Showed up early and intended to wait until appointment time until I asked them to come in early. They wanted to make sure I was ready and they weren't interfering with anything I was doing. They were very professional and very thorough. Had a problem where bathroom fan wouldn't turn on after being cleaned and the crew worked on it until it was working. They cleaned up quite well and their estimate of the time it would take was spot on. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

They were polite, on time, worked hard and quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. After they left and turned the furnace back on, a light layer of dust formed on everything around the vents, but that is probably just a result of all the dusting and blowing and I suppose to be expected.

Professional, responsive and courteous from the get-go. The two technicians, Marcus and Luis, were punctual, actually arriving a few minutes early. After a walk through where they identified the location of each air duct and return, and a brief discussion about what they would be doing, the went to work. They did a very thorough job, using a powered rotary brush on the interior of all the duct work and a high power vacuum that remained outside in the driveway. The vents were not just removed, but cleaned with water as well. We live in 2400 sq ft home, and I believe the price was reasonable and competitive. The job was completed in just over two hours. Would use again.

Professional, thorough service. Two men came and washed out vents and used a high powered vacuum (located outside) to clean out the duct work. The process took a little over 2.5 hours. The guys also pointed out a loose duct that needs to be fixed (they couldn't do it due to the location). After the cleaning the house smells better ("old" smell is gone --120+ years old), and seems less dusty.

It went well. They were efficient and thorough. They don't use cameras, but were diligent about cleaning every vent. They also cleaned our furnace filter. They also replaced our defective dryer hose. Only negative was they were 1 and 1/2 hours late due to prior job going over, but we did get a call.

Excellent. The technician took in stride crawling under the deck to access the outside vent. He also reattached a portion of the vent which had come apart in the basement. He cleaned up after himself, provided information on maintaining the vent, and did it all with a great attitude. He was a pleasure to work with.
