The repairs could'nt be done because of an electrical source issue. I thought that electricity problems could be handled by an ac company. I have to hire an electrician to solve the problem then make the ac repairs. The ac company was very professional and did not charge me for the diagnosis.

This company was great! They came out the same day I phoned and installed AC in a timely manner. I would use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

The service guy came on time and was very friendly. He ckecked our heater problem and gave us an honest opinion of what is really wrong with it. He explained to me in details what parts need to be replaced and the cost to fix it. I readily accepted and told him to do it. He gave a 2 year warranty iat no charge in case something goes wrong. He is highly recommended.

Mr. McNulty was prompt, professional and courteous. He immediately diagnosed our furnace issue and gave us excellent counsel. While we ultimately decided NOT to have the furnace repaired, it was due to his concern over the unsafe way that the furnace had been installed. Mr. McNulty felt that to relight the furnace would be to expose our family to a high risk of fire, the result of the furnace being improperly installed by the previous homeowner. We asked him to close the gas line, which he did. The $60 service call was reasonable, though a bit more expensive than the other contractor who phoned back. I would definitely call again if needed.

Came right away and gave a free estimate. Needed a new thermostat, which he replaced for a reasonable price! It's an old wall heater and he just fixed it, ask we asked. No hard sell on a new system like some other companies. Also he gave a FREE estimate, which other companies wanted to charge $40 just to come out. Alan was very professional and my heater is now working! Right on time for this cold front we are having. I am going to use him again, as my grandmother's floor furnance just went out...Thank you Service Magic!

Cost alittle more than I expected for the services performed.

After speaking with the company and making my appt for the next day Am it was a good experience the Thermostat was installed quickly and correct and is working fine. Good Company will use them again

The central air blower stopped working. They did NOT charge me just to come out and see what the problem was. That was a main reason why I hired them. The owner sent his repairman, Leo, to my house. Leo arrived at a time close to when he was expected. He covered his boots to protect my carpet. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a bad part and completed the job very quickly. Paying was simple: he accepted my American Express card and an invoice was e-mailed to me later in the day. They also scheduled the job to my convenience.
