Scope of work needed was expertly analyzed and explained, including selection of the optimal equipment. New equipment appears seamlessly installed, works great. Old equipment hauled away, area left tidy. Pricing and financing are competitive. Highly recommended.

It went well. The team was a bit late due to office issues, but the work was done on time. A minor issue at the end as they did not extend the water pipe fully to the basement drain. We had to go buy a simply 1 inch pvc elbow joint to fully extent to the drain.

Amazingly easy! John came out to see me, explaining things in a way I could understand. No high pressure sales. Just the facts. My new Trane furnace and air were installed within 2 days, all while I was at work! I would have never believed they were there until I actually went to see the new equipment! Best experience with real pros. I highly recommend!

Very good. Got it done very quickly since ours took a crap and it wasn't getting cold out! Owner borrowed us space heaters for 2 nights while we had to wait for them to install on Monday.

Great! We met with sales rep one day... installed a day later. On time and very professional. Everything promised was completed. Even went above and beyond on a couple little tasks without charge. They only install Trane a/c units and that is the brand that my research lead me to. There was a rebate available so the price stated was actually a couple hundred less. Plus they finance with interest free payments!

Great from start to finish. Very clean and courteous from sales to install, everything was better than expected.

What a wonderful group of people at this company. From initial contact to the completed job I was completely satisfied with the service. This company researches all the rebates, completes all the forms as well as outlining the tax credits. The estimate process was easy with no pressure. The installers were on time, answered all of my questions and had everything up and running before the hot hot weather set in. A local company and professional.

On time, reasonably priced. Job was done in a timely matter overall we are happy.

Start to finish was excellent! Very fast, didn’t try to oversell equipment I didn’t need very helpful friendly workers. Couldn’t have gone better.

Coldest weekend & holiday, at that. Air comfort came out within 2 hrs & set us up for next day installation. They offered extra heaters to get thru the night. They were very thorough, considerate & kind.

The whole experience was great. The gal at the office, who took my appointment, was friendly and courteous. Joe, the technician, phoned before his arrival with an ETA. He was friendly and courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions, and gave advice about maintaining our air conditioner--easy do's and don'ts. He topped off the coolant--it was a little low. We had grown used to warmer air blowing from the a/c. Now it's nice and cold! We had not scheduled a thermostat replacement, but it occurred to us at the last minute. Our old thermostat was never very accurate, as the two temperatures never really matched. Joe had a good quality Honeywell digital thermometer, and he quickly installed it. It works great with accurate control of temperature. The prices were reasonable and competitive. I found this company recommended on Angie's List, and I definitely add my recommendation. <br />

Not much to complain about, but I would like to see how it goes down the line before giving a full review. Waiting to see if I can get my old AC unit back to sell on Craigslist. The guys did a good job from what I can tell, but I wish it was cheaper. <br />

After two additions by general contractors who were not HVAC specialists, it was time to call in some HVAC experts to give an assessment.  I called two providers who both provided estimates and looked at the current situation.  Air Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning were the only ones to do a full measurement of the house and all windows to properly calculate the system size.  The other company ball-parked it, quoted a larger furnace and wanted to tear up some walls to get the job done. <br /> Air Comfort took the time to figure out how to get the consistent heating needed and knew where to add runs and returns to eliminate drafty areas. <br /> They are very thorough... be aware, if they deliver the quote in person you may have to sit through a long (60 min) pitch that talks about their 17-point hit-list on why they are the best.  If you're in a hurry, tell them ahead of time and they'll speed up the process a bit.  All-in-all, it's all valid stuff.  In this case, they had me before they started as their solution was a better mechanical one than the other guys. <br /> The installers were clean, friendly and polite.  No issues on install day.  I was home all-day working in my home office and I hardly heard a peep.  After the install the system layout was explained and all preventative maint issues addressed.  <br /> The result was really great.  The variable-speed fan means there's always air flowing which eliminated the cool spots - I can now fully use my lower level again.  System runs quiet and city inspector passed it with no issue.  He said "They always do a good job" <br />

It went very well. The process leading up to the installation was informed and stress free. The estimate was done in November and it ended up being less cost wise than two other companies we solicited during the previous summer. This company was the only one that assured us they could install a high efficiency model despite the structure of the roofline. (The house was originally a flat roofed rambler and had a second floor added on top of the old roof). They also were the only ones who agreed that we could install a wireless sensor in a place we chose with no problems.  The crew was punctual and conscientious about placing tarps down to minimize dirt on carpeting, etc...  Clean up was also thorough. They started at 8:30 am and were finished by 2 pm. We were initially concerned about the noise of the furnace because we do not have a basement and the utility room is close to our bedroom. We were invited to go to the company owner's house to listen to his furnace which is the same model we were looking to install. That was a nice gesture that gave us confidence that we were getting a model we could live with. The ground was too frozen to install and level the air conditioner so they will come back in the spring to finish that but so far we are very happy with our purchase. <br />
