They fix my air-conditioning even when everybody said it cannot be fixed. Frank came out He was professional hard working and knew what he was doing. He verified everything in the house was working properly. He was a God-sent.

They are responsive and responsible. They are professional. This branch is very responsive and exceptional. they really work for the customer satisfaction. We have worked together for 3 to 5 years.

They installed a new compressor, AC and duct work. I had 3 estimates and they were the best, not the cheapest, but they bring everything up to code and others did not. They did not charge for estimate, They lowered the price when we told them what the others bid was. They were A+ and I can't say enough good things about them.

I have a highly favorable opinion of them. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Kelly and her team have been great from the start.  Ethan and Ricardo headed up the work and were great at orchestrating all the moving parts.  Each morning they explained the planned work and summed up the accomplishments each afternoon. <br> <br>All of the Air Concepts team members have been knowledgeable, professional, polite and punctual.  There effort made this whole house replacement project almost stress free. <br>

<p>Since it was a really Hot day, all A/C techs were booked for after-hours service calls on Friday night.  I called this service and they said they would squeeze us into their busy schedule.  Despite calling @ 5:00pm he arrived to our house by 9:00pm.  Within 15 minutes he had our A/C back in running.  We needed a new capacitor for our model of A/C unit and he just happened to have a new one I'm his Van.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The Tech was very knowledgeable and went straight to working on the problem.  I would definitely use them again!</p> <br />

The AC was a mess, with dirt in the backyard fan, took a long time to clean it. The heating inspection was very smooth, although the filter was noisy. I suspect it was not the right size or it loosened up. Because we bought the coupon, we had the opportunity for a free return visit from them but I think we let the warranty period expire because we had our minds on other things. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors. <br />

Tune-up went great! The right service guy makes all the difference. I was very fortunate to get a professional and very trustworthy service guy. He explained the condition of the unit throroughly, did a professional job, and gave me the piece of mind I was looking for. Great experience.

<p>When I initially called them there was some mix up and my appointment was missed.  I received a call from someone in their company (I forgot his name).  He was very apologetic and offered to wave the service charge if I gave them another chance.  They made it a priority to come out to my house ASAP and sent Mark.  Mark was great.  He was on time and professional.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the unit fixed in no time.  </p> <p>I understand things happen and my appointment wasn't missed on purpose.  I appreciate the steps they took to make it up to me.  I would recommend them if you're looking for an HVAC company.  I won't hesitate to call them next time.  </p>

My 31-year-old furnace was diagnosed with a cracked heat exchanger in November 2014.   Over the period of a month I verified that the furnace had to be replaced, decided also to replace the AC, selected the best HVAC brands and best local contractor for each brand, got a proposal from each contractor, equalized the proposals for price comparison, and selected Air Concepts.  Kelly Mae gave me a complete education in HVAC and its installation in my house.  Air Concepts is one of the very few HVAC contractors in Southern California recognized as part of Southern California Edison's Energy Star Quality Installation Program, making its clients eligible for SCE rebates.  I learned, after hiring Kelly, that the other contractors I had interviewed had given me the SCE rebate in their pricing, but had no commitment to meeting the standards required by the program.  Kelly and her team did the <br /> installation in January, after working with SCE to properly size the system.  I was very impressed with the quality of their work and the care they took in protecting my home. <br /> The icing on the cake was that the team discovered that three rooms in my house (den, bedroom, bathroom) had NO air flowing through their vents - and this existed since the house was completed in 1984.  Using a thermal imaging device, they were able to locate the problem in a corner of the ceiling in the upper floor utility room.  Drywall was removed, revealing a smashed  duct. The smashed section of duct was replaced and the wallboard was put back up, taped, texturized, and painted.  Slick!  And this was all included in my contract with Air Concepts.  <br /> Based on my recommendations, one of my neighbors had Air Concepts install a system just like mine (identical floor plans) and he is as happy with Air Concepts and his new HVAC system as I am with mine.   <br /> If I could give Air Concepts an A+ in all categories, I would. <br />
