There were several problems with the space pack AC unit AC Engineers installed in 2016. AC engineers really stands behind their work. Their technicians are excellent. It took several visits to restore my system but AC Engineers did the job right. I live in a 100 year old house and repairs to my boiler and AC and other systems are a fact of life. AC engineers is a pleasure to work with and I have no reservations to recommend them to a friend.

They fit me into the schedule on a day that was really booked up during the cold snap, and were there in a couple of hours, and had me fixed inside of 60 minutes. Great service experience end to end.

They also do plumbing. Everything is top notch there too. The first time they came it turned out we had to make an insurance claim before he could make the repair. He waived the inspection fee and we got the insurance claim done. The insurance hired clean up people. What happened was that house has 3 levels and the lowest level is slightly below grade and it requires a sewage ejection pump to get things up to the septic system. The sewage ejection pump failed and there was raw sewage in the basement.

Not good for me but I got the answer.

Of course the A/C quits on the afternoon of the 90+ degree day! Fan and compressor were not working, but indoor fan was, meaning either a capacitor or contractor issue in the outdoor unit. Called office 10 minutes before they were done for the day, but was able to confirm a repair appointment for first thing the next morning. Technician (Sean) was here at 8 am, and after a 2 minute discussion and check, confirmed that capacitor was the issue. Still under warranty from Bryant, so that was a plus, but I was surprised that there was a failure after only 3 years since last unit ( also a Bryant, nd installed by AC Engineers after house was built in 1997) never had a problem for the 17 years we had it until replaced with the higher efficiency unit. The interesting comment from the technician was that he would likely replace 5-6 more capacitors that day (!!!!!), not tied to any particular brand of unit, but more because all the manufacturers use the same capacitor from the same source, and "they literally don't build them like the used too". Rather illuminating - In addition to the capacitor fix, he did a full service check of the system. Excellent job, responsive and knowledgeable.

Called roughly 15 minutes before they opened on Saturday morning.  Someone answered.  They were open till 12.00 and agreed to come out to our home by noon and determine why our AC ceased to function.  Fee to inspect/assess was $89.95, a competitive fee.  We had a $20 coupon from their website.  They identified the problem and eliminated it.  Total price was reasonable.  Got the job done quickly and professionally.  Will use a again if need be.

The experience was good.  It's always been good with me.  I would tell friends or family to use them.  I think they were very good.  Their price is comparable.  Their punctuality was good; their professionalism was very good.

We have not had any issues or problems with our furnace, air conditioner, or hot water heater.

I felt that the extra fee was excessive. Other Carrier installers contacted me and agreed to perform the repair for the amount Carrier reimbursed them, with no extra cost to me.

We were pleased with the work done and the price. We were able to make an appointment just 2 days away and Doug, the technician, called to see if he could arrive ahead of schedule, which was welcome. He was courteous, professional and even reduced the quoted price with a preferred customer mailer coupon.

Outstanding! Very professional, very upfront with their cost and very upfront with anything they are going to do, there is nothing hidden. The workers were great. They were very professional and knew what they were doing.

I am thankful because no other company had found this.  I could have gone a whole winter without any other company detecting an issue. They also gave me a senior discount.

They girl that answered the phone was nice. The man was not professional over the phone. They are not the most professional company.

I have the furnace check done every other year. That is what they recommended until the furnace is 10 years old. I always have questions and they always are patient. I am not very mechanical but they always take their time to patiently explain it the second time even if you don't understand it. They are friendly, patient and put your mind at ease. When they get done answering your question, you know that they understood what you were talking about and they explained it fully. You have no more worries because the questions that you have, they take care of them completely. They are very good people to work with. They always come when I ask them. I intend to continue using them. I am going to have them come this year to check the furnace.

They've done service work for me you know come back and check the furnace they are very honest and they do good work, they are very good company I would highly recommended them, it was the top of the line furnace it's a brains and they recommended it and they told me why they recommended it the Brant over the Carrier and it made good sense to be because the put the Carrier's in they  both suppose to come down the assemble line he told the guy explained it and the Carrier's  they worked all the bolts and holes and then after they have been in service in one year when they worked out the bolts and holes then they put in the Brant so it comes like the Carrier is a guinea pig for the Brant but you pay more for the Carrier because of the name so that's why I went with the Brant and so far I am very satisfied with it it's a very good furnace. Every time I called them  for service they give me a quick appointment and they installed it they came when they said that they were gonna come they did the job, they did it well they cleaned up after them self very very polite people very very nice to deal with.
