Dario answered our call promptly & came right out on a Saturday & had the part on his truck for our 25 year old ac unit. He was very knowledgeable & replaced the non-working part. My AC had been down for weeks during this brutal heat wave, and after calling around to a bunch of places, Airconex was the only one that actually answered the phone — not some AI bot, not an automated phone tree with 15 options to press — just a real human being, ready to help, right away. They had someone out to me fast, no hassle, and no priority fee. The tech was sharp, professional, and genuinely helpful. He did a full troubleshooting session, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me or charge for every little thing. My wife and I cannot say enough about Airconex Heating & Cooling. Dario and his father installed our new AC and furnace after being highly recommended to us by friends. Best referral we've ever received! They were professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. Since the time our units were installed, a faulty part was detected. (at NO fault of Airconex) We immediately reached out to Dario as we woke up without heat on one of the coldest days of the year. Dario was quick to respond and did his best to help trouble shoot over the phone. When that didn't work, he offered to come out within the hour to ensure we had heat! Once again, we were pleasantly surprised with Darios professionalism. He takes pride in his work and actually cares about his customers satisfaction. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Both the father and son provided excellent service. He showed up when scheduled at a time convenient for me, checked the A/C and determined I didn't need the more expensive work originally thought. He was very good at explaining what did need to be done, and took care of the situation quickly and professionally. He was experienced in what he was doing and made sure things were taken care of properly. Both he and his son were very trustworthy and good at their jobs and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them. Great job!

Air Conditioner was not working and with all the 90° days coming up, went online 7:30pm and the working was done by 10:30pm. Dario was great, he checked a couple of things and fix it. He was so nice, caring for my property, Great working with Got his Business card, will card again if need to.. Thanks so much had a good night sleep..

These guys were incredibly responsive and helpful. Dari got my furnace going again, but it quit again and he came back out that day free of charge. As it turned out, it made most sense to just replace my furnace. I know he wasn’t just trying to upsell me on a new furnace because he earnestly thought he already did fix it. They came to do the installation and replacement in a couple days. They were very courteous about working around my family, cleaned up after themselves impeccably, and did the job for a price that I thought was very fair. You will not be disappointed with these guys.

Professional and courteous. Came out on the 26th to get us heat. Went above and beyond. We then decided to replace our 20 year old system. Couldn’t be happier!

Called Dash (Airconex Heating & Cooling) to inquire about coming out to look at a loud humming coming from AC unit. He came out later that same day to inspect, most other places couldn't make it for 2-3 days. Upon inspecting the unit, we talked through together that the 20 year old AC unit should be replaced. I dealt with many salesmen in my time trying to upsell, Dash definitely gave me his honest opinion and was more than willing to only do the repair needed to keep the AC unit running. It was my personal preference to go ahead and get furnace done as well as it was just as old. The quote he gave me came in much lower than the others I received. Due to a cancellation, I was able to get in next day. Dash and his son showed up on time and installed both AC and furnace in under 6 hours. I am VERY please with the quality of work done for the installations. I would 100% recommend these guys! Honest opinion, honest advice and all around good respectful guys. Took care of surrounding areas of house inside and outside, great cleanup and removal of units too. DO NOT hesitate to call these guys for an inspection and or an estimate!

This was the best experience! From making the appointment to finishing the installation, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and just the nicest people you could meet! I would highly recommend this company!

After contacting, they visited quickly and exactly on time to discuss the project. They understood my needs and quickly supplied a quote, which I approved the following day. True to their word, a few days later they returned, again on time, and installed the equipment. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and the installation was done on time and very neatly. They even took the time to visit with a neighbor to resolve an issue. Strongly recommend this father and son team. Absolutley the best!
