I felt bamboozled due by the owner. I was told that my vents had never been cleaned before so I should get them done. Later he told me that the job had been completed before, but was done poorly. After being shown pictures of what my vents looked like before, I would not have gotten them cleaned because they were not that bad.

"Every customer is treated as if they were family. Mts. Buruss was told before the work commenced as to her ductwork being partially cleaned before. What we can stand behind is our before and after pictures presented to her after services were performed. It clearly shows a drastic difference and will continue to give her acceptable indoor air quality for years to come. All dur respect to Mrs. Buruss but I personally asked her if she wanted to continue w the work before starting the work and she signed our acceptance contract. Furthermore , Mrs. Buruss signed again stating she was completely satisfied. We would be happy to reservice her home and address any cleaning issues directly, even though it has been several months since her original service. Please contact customer service at your earliest convenience . Thank you in advance."

It went fine. Our house was built in 1963 and this service has never been performed. After a couple of renovations it was obvious it needed to be done as I was dusting every day. Having this done has alleviated that problem and I’m very happy with the service. Cost depends on individual home

Great. DJ and his team did a fantastic job. Of course they cleaned, vacuumed, sanitized everything to a tee. They also cleaned up terrifically. Zero damage bringing in and out their huge vacs, even across marble floors. I was home while this work was done so I say again that this is a good team.

Very well! The supervisor( Dustin) was professional, addressed our needs, and made himself available for help if any was needed after the service. We were given multiple options to choose from per budget, and necessity. Everything was explained thoroughly, along with photos before and after. The crew was courteous,and careful not to disturb anything.

DJ did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and how the work would proceed. We've lived in our home for 50 years and NEVER had the ducts cleaned! Got a coupon in a mailing and set up the appointment. The team arrived on time. k Rob & Andre were very professional and we're happy with the work they performed. Will definitely call them back in a couple years for the dryer vent (didn't know it was such a hazard). Have already noticed how much more efficiently our HVAC system works now that the gunk is gone.

Could not have asked for a better experience. They were running a little late, but called to let me know. When they arrived, both Rob and Alex were friendly, thorough and professional. After completing the job the area was completely cleaned and everything was back in place. I will definitely hire them again!

Job well done. On time. In and out quick. Cleaned up very well. More pricey than expected since we had more vents and main lines than covered in the deal but overall very good service. The supervisor explained in detail what services were included in the $199 deal cost and what services were not covered. Kind of surprised me since they asked in advance for Credit Card information for appointment confirmation, but they didn't made a charge until the work was done.

Bought a brick house 4 years ago, and had never had air ducts cleaned. Boy, did they need it!! National was friendly, professional, kept to themselves quietly & efficiently, & shared everything with me from before/after. Ugh - what I had been breathing almost made me sick to see. They got rid of so much crud, dust, hair, etc. The house is from 1947. I don't know if the ducts had ever been cleaned before. My house smells so clean & it's been easy breathing ever since!! Shout-outs to Alex, Kaeon, & DJ. All professional & polite hard workers.

Fantastic!! We had never had our ducts cleaned or sanitized. To my knowledge it was the first time ever and our house is 24yrs old. I can breathe again and the dust that is normally there 3 days after cleaning is gone. Nothing like before! The man explained all of my options clearly and did an amazing job. It was alot of work since we had just about everything done except the dryer vent because it is brand new. Kevin was on his own for the day as his helper was sick and he still had a good attitude and did a spectacular job. Didn't leave a mess either and cleaned up great before he was finished!
