Joe took on a difficult job due to limitations of existing duct work and available space in HVAC closet. He happily worked with us on choosing the exact components and did not hide any specifics or try to mask prices as did other people we got estimates from. Scheduling, promptness and work ethic were all great and most importantly, we are very happy with the results. The cooling system has been well tested this summer!

I would give them a 10. They're my go-to guys, I've used them before. Joe and his son treat you like family. Very terrific to deal with. Very responsive as well, you can call them at any time. I wish all my contractors were this good.

Received multiple quotes and Airecool offered the best replacement furnaces at a great price. No hassels with Airecool highly professional and easy to work with.

This unit has been so much more efficient than the older unit this house had. My house is warmer and I already see an improvement in my bill each month. Worth the investment! Joe was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. His job was very neat and meticulous. You would never know they were even here. Price was fair, service was great. The job was seamless. Joe and his crew worked diligently which resulted in our air conditioning system working flawlessly Joe and his crew were always prompt, answered any questions we had, explained the work that was being done, and cleaned the work area. AIRECOOL MECHANICAL was punctual, work was done in a timely manner. When the work was completed the work are was left spotlessly clean.

In June 2012 we hired Airecool to fix air conditioner. ( They were suggested from an Public Service Employee). <br /> They said we only needed an outdoor unit and they installed it. $4300 <br /> Then in 2014 the inside part of the unit broke and we called again to have them install the other part of the unit which is located in a closet on our 3rd floor.  He sent his workmen out to install it. <br />  When the weather got really hot we noticed that there was a leak in our hallway on the first floor coming all the way down from our 3rd floor.  We called and they sent out 2 men to diagnose the problem and they cut a hole in our stairway ceiling and left and he was supposed to come back and repair it the next day.  When he didn't show up we called and he gave us a lame excuse. <br /> We called them again and they said they were busy (even though they advertise 24 hour service) but said in a few days they would schedule an appointment.  It is very hot out and we are still have the problem.....I called again and they said one of their trucks were broken (like they couldn't rent a truck ) and said they would be out in a few days. <br /> In a couple of days I called again and the owner was supposed to call back and never did. <br /> We called public service out and they think they might have fixed it due to moving a pipe that was supposed to face down but after instalation faced up.  We still don't know and will not know if it is fixed or not until it gets really hot outside again so we are living with a cracked stairway ceiling with a large hole in it, <br /> We are supposed to have a guarantee on both units but if they won't come out our warranty is no good. <br /> We would NEVER do business with this company again. <br />
