They busted butt to get over to my house every time I had a problem. We had a few problems with them, but we worked them out. Their estimates came in at a decent price. I feel good about their pricing.

Horrible.  The weather was in the low 30s and they couldn't fix the problem.  They just walked away and said they didn't know what was wrong.  The problem ended up being a piece of the equipment they installed and should have been able to detect was the problem.

Pleased with the work done and the knowledge of the service tech. I would definitely use them again.

It was fabulous. I got three quotes for heat pumps and Aire Force was both A) the least expensive and B) very very clearly, the most knowledgeable about heat pumps. They asked a lot of questions and helped me make the decision to go with the ductless. They were always on time and courteous and returned emails/phone calls quickly. I recommend them extremely highly.

Scott was very good about explaining the pros and cons about different options we had for replacing our in-wall heating units. We had originally considered installing a propane infrastructure to also supply a gas stove, but after considering the cost, complexity, and relative high cost of operating a propane furnace, opted for a heat pump instead. Notably, of the three vendors we contact, Scott was the only one who made sure we knew about some incentive programs being offered by the local utility, which caused him a little more paperwork but saved us $1200. When performing the site survey, Scott listened to our remodel plans and took advantage of them to minimize the impact of ducting installation. We were frankly surprised at how little drywall needed to be cut to install ducts throughout the house (and were helped by the fact we were replacing flooring upstairs, so they were able to cut in through the exposed subfloor from above rather than through the ceiling below). The installation was professional and thorough, with well-sealed ducts and neatly routed ductwork, coolant piping, condensate drainage, etc. The system has been trouble-free so far, and is both quiet and effective. We are extremely happy to have taken the opportunity to switch to forced-air heating.

The work was good. The scheduling was the only bad experience..they seem to have so much work that they delayed our installation over 3 weeks beyond the initial date. They were very poor at communications as well regarding actual install date and we had to have them come back to fix a small installation problem. .The unit works well, and we paid a fair price..much less than what other bids were so we are satisfied.

It went pretty well and I like the company. They did a good job. The pricing was average.

A person from the company came and looked at my furnace and determined that it was old and unsafe. He gave me an estimate. which I agreed upon. He left and promised to be back within a couple of hours. He and a helper returned promptly, took out the old furnace, installed the new one, cleaned up after themselves,and left. they were very polite and professional, and I now have a very good working furnace which is working wonderfully.
