The unit was installed, no complains there, as far as we knew he did a good job. but he also promise that he was going to service the unit for a year, giving me six Month service, and another one at the end of the year, his promises were empty, by July of this year 2024, the unit stopped working completely, that was the Month of severe heat, our house got to be in the 100's I called him several times, and when he finally answered, he told me that he was in Puerto Rico, and that he was coming back in about 3 days, I told him that the heat was terrible hot, and if he had anyone to cover his work while he was out town, he said yes ,but nobody show up, when he came back to town, he came the following morning, and what he found was a wire was disconnected, and it took him 2 minutes to find what is was, again this would never had happened if he had the wires connected right from the beginning, I ask if he was going to service the unit, and said no, that he had a lot of work to do, so I figure he will come back another day when he had the time, my worry is that the inside unit is running all time 24/7, I do know that when the outside unit stops, the inside unit will run for about 5 to 10 minutes and then stops too. I explain this to him but he has not said a word. He is just ignoring me completely. and that is the reason that I decide it call Angie's because he was sent by them. I would just like from him to take more responsibility, when he promise something, and stick to that responsibility, in my case he has never service my Unit not once, yes he came to fix the wire, that if he would have done a good job from the beginning, the unit would have never stop, we are talking of a brand new Unit here. He is only interested in getting jobs from Angie's out of that no more responsibility. He owed me the service to maintain the unit for a year, but if does not want to do it, it's fine with me, just do me a favor and publish my ratings and reviews from me, so other people will go through what I am going through. Thank you so much for your understanding.
