From the beginning I was being put on the run around from Casey about coming out and looking at my unit. He gave the excuse that he was sick more than once. When he did finally come out to give the diagnostic, he did not have all of the correct equipment to fix the unit at that time. He was supposed to be here Friday at noon and he called about 1:30 pm and said they would not be here until around 3-3:30 pm. I did not hear anything back from anyone until about 6:30 pm that same evening, his partner called thinking we may have been in bed so he called us. He went ahead and started working on the system right away. Casey was supposed to be right behind him, but he did not show, when he called him to see where he was, he said he was not going to make it, he was at a restaurant on a date. I requested a receipt from Casey on Saturday and he said he would follow up with me on Monday. He ended up putting an invoice in my mailbox. I had already paid the other guy directly for the services he gave me that day and I paid for my Big Deal before any of this started for the diagnostic call. The other gentleman did a great job with the actual work. I just do not understand why I am being double billed.

First call went to him on Saturday and he could not come till Sunday. This was ok, although it was hot and AC did not work. After he was already 30 minutes late, I called and magically his calendar just then advised him of my appointment (that he was already late for.) When he showed up, he was wearing shorts, flip-flops and pretty-boy sunglasses, very unprofessional! He diagnosed that the fan was not working, (duh it was not turning on.) He advised that he would order when he got home and should have the parts on Tuesday. By a miracle, he twice lost my phone number and was glad I called. My wife put her job on hold for three days awaiting him to install the fan. On day six, he gave me a false phone number to his supplier which I called and did not get a business. He kept coming up with excuses as to why he could not get the parts: Lennox Warranty site was down (confirmed that is was not with Lennox.), lost my phone number, waiting for warranty to confirm authorization to ship, and on and on. Casey will not accept responsibility for his lack of professionalism as is seen in other posts. He also claimed that he is the only one that can do the warranty work, as the other companies make false claims. I have dealt with his competitors (Campbell and Company) and they are far more professional than Casey and follow through with warranty better. They advised me that the unit calls for a larger fan than was initially installed and I have my doubts that Casey followed through and put the upgrade in. I proved through calling Lennox that he lied to me and did not appreciate his use of texting to do business. I never used texting to contact him and was annoyed when he felt that this was an acceptable means of communication. Later he advises me that last year the former owner complained about the system not keeping the house cool, as he was the installer, and dismissed it. He was called in to do a systems inspection during our purchase in march and he did not follow through with double-checking that the fan he admitted yesterday could have been her problem. He also feels that immediate payment needs to be made after he lied, misled and postponed us. I would not recommend using this company. He should rename it Pro-crastinators. Do yourself a favor and use Campbell and Company. We did at our old house and were very happy with them. <br />

Company was called because the error codes on the system indicated that the pressure switch was in a stuck open position.  Prior to calling, I replaced the pressure switch but still got the same error codes.  The technician checked out the entire system, cleaned the vacuum lines, and finally got the system working.  Problem appears to be intermittent and non-reproducible.  Technician went back to shop, talked to other technicians to get their opinions and returned the next day.  At that time, he stated that he had run all of the tests that any of them knew of and there was nothing else he could do other than start changing out parts that would cost a lot more and might not solve the problem.  On the day of his return, he also changed out the condensation pump that was failing.  I feel that I got the best service possible for the price and appreciated his not trying to get more money from me by changing additional parts. <br />

He diagnosed it quickly and even explained how he had diagnosed the problem the Capacitor... and fixed it. Then he checked all the wiring and check other functionality items and cleaned out the outside A/C box and then even came inside the garage and checked all the inside connections and also went about cleaning all my filters and we washed the electrostatic <br /> filter too! and he cleaned up after everything was done!! <br />

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went good. They were not able to honor the coupon just yet, because I had them come and look at a system that already had a problem,  so I am going to end up using that coupon in September or October, and have them look at my heating and AC system. They were overall good.

Through Angie's List, I was pleased to discover Comfort Pro's was having a three day special so I called and was able to get service within hours!  The tech arrived on time - actually 15 minutes earlier which worked out great for me.  He showed up in a clean company rig and presented himself well in his clean company uniform (yes, outward appearance is important to me; shows pride and commitment toward quality work).  He asked questions regarding the usage of the units and from there I was able to communicate my concerns or rather my confession that my A/C had not been serviced in years!  He did a great job of explaining how the units work and what to do to keep it running efficiently (regular scheduled maintenance, cover A/C unit in winter, etc.).  By the time he completed the work, his uniform carried much of the furnance and a/c units dust and dirt:-)  He was thorough and professional.  I'll be scheduling my next service with Comfort Pro's for sure=D <br />

My 20 year old furnace died on a cold Thursday evening and I got online to find a company to replace it. After entering my contact info, I immediately received a text message from the company's owner, Casey, making himself available for me if I wanted to talk by phone. I had him call me, and he checked in to see what the problem was, what I wanted to do, and to be sure I had heat for the evening. He even offered to drive space heaters to my home if needed, even though he was at least 45 minutes away. He then scheduled to meet with me at my convenience the next day to look at my home and discuss options. During the meeting, Casey was very personable, knowledgeable,and professional about the products and services his company offered and helped me design a heating/air conditioning system to replace my old, inefficient furnace and wall a/c and insulate existing ducts. He also referred me to my utility company to see if rebates were available, which there were. The workers who installed the products were pleasant, professional, and skilled and ensured that their work met the city's requirements so that I was eligible for the rebate. I am very happy with the products and services I received from them and would recommend them to anyone having problems with their heating/air conditioning units or looking to upgrade to more efficient systems.  <br />

Their service was good.  They were dependable. They came on time.  The guy worked h****** the duct.  There was a problem and he had to go under the house, into the crawl space, because there was a bend in the duct.  It was good and friendly service.

Their service was fantastic.  They were very efficient, punctual, and courteous.  They were very efficient in uninstalling and reinstalling of the new unit.  There is a rebate that required technical information to our power utility company.  They did their part in helping us get the rebate.
