Quick estimate turn around. Follow up repair install delayed as Speedy delivery lost the supplies. Called back gave a little more time 3 days and had to call back a second time. Informed Airserve that I was going to another supplier if I did not hear back regardless of supplier issues. The technicians were on site the next day and repaired everything in 1/2 day. Expert repair, professional workers overall very satisfying experience.

Helpful discussion on pros and cons of replacement vs. repair of part. Did repair. Fireplace worked. Then after further consideration decided to have part replaced. That was done. Doug provided friendly, professional service and information. I had many questions, which he answered thoroughly. Fireplace is 23 years old. When it needs further service or maintenance I’ll definitely call them again

Used Angie's List $99 coupon for gas fireplace tuneup because fire would not stay lit. Technician replaced thermocouple for $322. Looking online later I found this part could be ordered on Amazon for about $7. No problem, except that did not solve the problem. Technician came back and replaced thermal generator. $262. Still did not resolve problem. New Technician came back, checked all connections and re-cleaned. Did not solve problem. Came back to check everything and said the thermal generator was defective. On the now 5th visit new thermal generator was installed. Told me that if that did not solve the problem the next step would be to replace gas valve. $700. To date I have paid almost $700 and the original problem still is happening. All the service people were prompt, courteous and concerned about keeping things clean, but the bottom line is the problem was not resolved. I will not use AireServe again nor recommend them.

Doug was on time and very helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and had my furnace repaired the same day I called. The repair seemed expensive, but it required replacement parts that I couldn’t find myself to price out so it’s hard to know for sure.

Everything was great. He took his time to ensure it was installed correctly and explained everything to me. Very nice people. Their answering service isn't that great but it's a small company and worth every penny. I could tell when I met him you could trust these people.

They did a good job. The only negative is that they did not show up for the first appointment but did show up on time for the rescheduled appointment.

I called many fireplace businesses for the repair, however, during the Holiday Season everyone was booked for weeks. Aire Serve of Eden Prairie was able to come out the next day charging $89 for the trip compared to $242 at Fireside Hearth and Home. The trouble turned out to be a sticky valve; there was no charge beyond the trip price as no new parts were needed. The guys were prompt, professional, and thoroughly checked the fireplace for any additional problems. I would definitely call Aire Serve again.

Everything went great. We scheduled the appointment via email. I received an email with a picture of the technician to tell me when he was on the way. He arrived shortly after I received the email, put on booties to protect my floors and got right to work. All A’s from my perspective. Thanks!

Punctual and professional. Fireplace looks great.

I made an appointment for 9 am. When the time came and went, no tech arrived. By 10 am, I called and asked what the holdup was, and for the tech to contact me by text ASAP. At 10:30 the tech called and said he had had car trouble- locked himself out with his keys and phone in the car. This is not someone I would want working on gas appliances in my home. Obviously at some point he was able to get help to get back in to his car. At that point he should have asked whoever assisted him to contact his job and have them contact the customer.

The technician was professional and thorough.

The first guy couldn’t get the remote to work. He never dismantled the logs to clean as it states in the description. After he left, there was a strong gas smell. I turned off the gas and they came back 5 days later. It seemed to work ok. No gas smell while burning or for 5 minutes after. I came back in the hours 3 hours later and a strong gas smell was back. Turned off gas again. Will call another company this time.

Joe was prompt, worked quickly, and when it turned out I was part of the problem, he didn't shake his head and laugh. He went ahead and made sure all was working correctly and he was very professional.

Great, no problems everything went perfect

The installation went fine, but a few months later the filter needed to be changed. I was told the filters would last a year or more. There was some technical thing that happened that caused the filter to kind of disintegrate. The repair person said I had obviously changed the settings that made it happen. The settings were the same as the installer put them, as a HC person I could not get up and over there to do that. I paid the service amount and later called the manager/owner to dispute the situation. We discussed it and he said there was no way the installer would have done that and I said there was no way I could have. He said he would split the service call amount, which was around $125. I have never seen a dime of the $60 plus change amount he stated. I called back and he didn't return my calls.

Never contacted after attempting to e-mail a few times.
