Outstanding! Mr. M. Ward was very professional, friendly, and meticulous. He was quick and thorough, and explained what he was doing. The ducts were really dirty, and he made them look like new after the cleaning. He also vacuumed the place afterwards. I would definitely call them the next time I need any work done on the HVAC.

The technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and gave me the quote before starting. He did a great job going above and beyond. Great! They sent Neal who climbed through our “tight quartered” attic and found several leaks which were improperly sealed by the previous installers. Also several registers were not properly attached to the ceiling. He took care of all the issues and now we have a properly sealed system. Neal is a true asset to this or any company.

Everything has been fine. My wife's allergies are much better. We entered in to a service contract with them.

No camera view of ducts (as advertised). No truck mounted vac system. Was small portable unit in what appeared to be a converted uhaul. Cleaning was only an air injection that only went ten feet into a fifty foot duct. This entire service is a scam.

They weren't here very long, so there is no way it could have been done correctly. I just don't think it was a thorough cleaning. It wasn't what I signed up for.

This company is great.  All about communication and keeping appointments.  They let me know every time the technician was coming to the house and sent a text with a photo so that I knew who to expect.  I love that.  The technician was extremely polite and professional, especially since on his first visit he was unable to provide the service as we didn't have registers installed (we are refurbing an entire house) as I was unaware that this was a requirement.  However, we got them installed and he came back and did a very thorough job.  My husband was pleased and so am I.  Thank you.  We will use them again. <br />

The company was very prompt and professional in every aspect. The service technician was right on time, was very cordial and got right to work.  I've never had the vents cleaned before so I have no way to make comparisons. <br />

The service technician was very nice but let me to believe the small air conditioning unit and duct situation a lightly used condo was in dire straits. Do not feel what he did was what was advertised in the original offer. <br />

He arrived when scheduled, was friendly and professional, and pointed out that system was not cooling as well as required.  I was pleased with the service. <br />
