Wanted to charge me over $3000 dollars to fix a leaking pipe.
Went with another contractor who did it for under $400.

Tyler was able to get out to my family's house in less than an hour. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and broke everything down in an easy to understand way. His manager also stopped in during the service call to make sure everything was going well which made the experience even better. Both Tyler and his manager were very personable and easy to talk to. Our AC is now back up and running and I don't feel like I was overcharged. I will be using Anna's Air, Heat and Plumbing going forward for all AC and Plumbing maintenance.

The first visit he even answered question from my curious child. 100% recommend this company, pricing is much more reasonable than other local companies, at least what I've dealt with. Outstanding! Mr. M. Ward was very professional, friendly, and meticulous. He was quick and thorough, and explained what he was doing. The ducts were really dirty, and he made them look like new after the cleaning. He also vacuumed the place afterwards. I would definitely call them the next time I need any work done on the HVAC.

They did an excellent job. The technician was very professional and they make sure that the carpet and flooring didn't damage. They cleaned up everything and explained everything. They were prompt. They were here when they said they would. The technician was polite and they take care of everything. They did a great job and I had no problem with the service.

Great! They sent Neal who climbed through our “tight quartered” attic and found several leaks which were improperly sealed by the previous installers. Also several registers were not properly attached to the ceiling. He took care of all the issues and now we have a properly sealed system. Neal is a true asset to this or any company.

The technician arrived promptly, explained the process, and got directly to work. He was personable and professional. I noticed a difference in the indoor air quality almost immediately, which has since been confirmed by the filter on my heating and cooling unit. I would hire this company again.

No camera view of ducts (as advertised). No truck mounted vac system. Was small portable unit in what appeared to be a converted uhaul. Cleaning was only an air injection that only went ten feet into a fifty foot duct. This entire service is a scam.

We do not clean the ducts with a camera, or advertise that we do so. We do not use any "air injecting" equipment that was ever owned by uhaul. We use commercial grade air scrubbers to safely remove debris from air ducts. An Angie's List representative will be contacting you to confirm this duct cleaning was not done by our company. They weren't here very long, so there is no way it could have been done correctly. I just don't think it was a thorough cleaning. It wasn't what I signed up for.

This company is great. All about communication and keeping appointments. They let me know every time the technician was coming to the house and sent a text with a photo so that I knew who to expect. I love that. The technician was extremely polite and professional, especially since on his first visit he was unable to provide the service as we didn't have registers installed (we are refurbing an entire house) as I was unaware that this was a requirement. However, we got them installed and he came back and did a very thorough job. My husband was pleased and so am I. Thank you. We will use them again. <br />
