They started doing the work last Friday to relocate my condenser but what happened was they burned a hole that reached the sprinkler pipe, it caused a flood to my house and now I'm having an electrical problem because of this. They damaged the house and some of personal properties biggest issue was we asked the owner of the company to send us a restoration service to fix everything immediately but the owner of the company refuses to send anybody because they don't have someone to contact to until Tuesday. luckily we contacted someone who drained the water. we don't want any mold to grow and also the owner of the company refused to pay for a hotel room for us. The company Aire Serv of Murrieta blames the builders who built the house and place the sprinkler pipe incorrectly but its not true, The builders visited our house to confirm everything.

"Accidents happen. This is our first claim since we started our business 18 years ago. We are a very responsible company. It not the accident but how it is responded to. We had a flood restoration company drying the flooded areas Saturday morning ( the following morning). Because of the holiday on Monday (Martin Luther King Day) our insurance company was closed until Tuesday. They have not responded yet we are contacting them after they open this morning at 9am. We have not refused any request they have. Andreas I am not dealing with you. I am dealing directly with the owner of the home."

Orlando came out and took his time to diagnose the issue. The system had no freon in it. So he preformed all the appropriate checks for leaks. Found the leak and then proceeded to fill the system with freon. All I can say is I would recommend this guy to anyone who needs an honest person to come do their work. Thanks Orlando!

over charged me and tried to con me into a new one when I knew myself that I didn't need a new one. I asked for the senior 10% discount and he said their company was the only one that didn't offer that service. he charged me for a dual capacitor, which was only one. he said my fan motor was not running and he had the breaker off, so when he turned it back again, it was!. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever!! 2 other companies quoted me $138.00 and $167.00 for the same thing but couldn't make it till the next day. I had already been without my air for 5 days and couldn't wait any more temperature was over 100 degrees.

I originally paid for the $79.00 service. My A/C finally stopped working and I had to call Hutchinson Heating and Air for repair. Orlando and Kevin were awesome, Orlando took the time to explain why my A/C had finally failed to work. The culprit was a blown capacitor and too much refrigerant in my unit. After working approximately 2.5 hours my A/C is working like new. I highly recommend them for your heating and air needs

Great customer service from start to finish. I had tenants moving into a rental and wanted to make sure the a/c unit was ok. I took advantage of a special the company was running for a/c check up. Orlando and a worker showed up on time and got right to work. Cleaned out the vent, replaced a filthy filter and did a general check up and service. He even checked the furnace and did not charge extra!! They were at the house for quite some time. Orlando informed me that the coils on the a/c should also be cleaned and explained why clean coils help the unit run more efficiently, who knew. He gave me a quote in case I want to have work done in the fiuture. After he left a licensed general contractor who was working on the kitchen while Orlando was working told me the price Orlando charged for the service was a great deal. He also told me the price Orlando quoted for cleaning the coils was fair and that everything thing Orlando said about the need for clean coils was true. I will certainly be calling this company for any future a/c or furnace needs.

Orlando and his team are real pro's and extremely honest. So many companies will check your filters and say they need to be replaced. If they really do then fine. Josh came down from the attic and said my filters looked like new. Really refreshing. Top notch company.

If you need a reputable honest company for your Cooling and heating system maintenance or repair then you need to call Hutchinson. Orlando is one of the good ones. Honest and tries his best to help his customers. My experience over the last year and a half with trying to get my Air Conditioning unit fixed by other local Temecula/Murrieta companies has been bad to say the least. Two other companies that I called told me that I needed replace my whole system for $12,000 or just my A/C unit for $5,000-$7,000. After waiting a year to try and come up with the funds to get something done I saw reviews on Angies list about Orlando and his company that made me feel that he was an honest guy and I could trust him. From the first call I felt that I was treated like an important customer and they were ready to help. Orlando and his crew came out that day and the next morning and were exceptional in their work ethic. They spent hours in unbearable heat diagnosing and fixing the problem. They determined that the unit was fine and just needed service and a Freon charge. While the previous contractors spent a few minutes looking at it and immediately told me I needed a new system. I don't know what more I can say about Hutchinson heating and air except they are the best and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their A/C. 5 stars, A++++, Excellent.

First, thank you for Hutchinson for taking care of my issue with my air conditioning unit. I would have given them an a better rating if it wasn't for the issues with punctuality and overall customer experience. Here's my story: I had to call a few times to follow up and find out if they were still showing up. The techs didn't arrive on time as promised and were very late on both occasion (estimating and servicing) . We understand that it was that time of the season when it's their busiest but we would have been OK if we were notified or contacted if they were running late. We felt totally forgotten the whole time. Each time I called they don't seem to know about us at all. They could not find us on the schedule and I had to provide info about us and our appointments each time. Which left us wondering if we have hired the right people. However, Teresa was good in turning things around as soon as she got the calls. The techs were apologetic but we would have appreciated at least a phone call from them to let us know what time they were "really" arriving. Regarding the service, I am still in disbelief when I was first given an estimate. The replacement of the control board is $595, and Josh recommended that we should consider changing the capacitor because it was a little low but functioning. He told me it would cost me another $200 including labor which left me scratching my head as I know having looked at the capacitor already that it would taken anybody less than 5 minutes to switch that plus since the control board is being replaced the unit is already open why charge full labor to do a 5 minute job max ? I was told it was because of the training, certs, etc...that the techs have to do and the warranty of their work.. Hmmm...."more head scratching". I was thinking "with all the vibe I was getting from these guys, they wouldn't even consider giving me a break on the capacitor"? So I asked Josh to find out if he can, so he called the office and told me that he can give me $40 off the capacitor. At that time with the heat and frustrations I had no choice but to agree. BTW, there is a $50 charge for estimating so I felt they were writing the $40 off the $50. I could have done all the work myself but we couldn't bear another week of the heat for the parts so I agreed. BTW, I already knew what the problem was and wanted to see what the techs were going to tell me. Initial quote $755, service appt time Friday 9am. Friday arrived service didn't start until 1230PM. CJ came in, really nice guy got on the ball, and charged us just for the board as he believed the capacitor doesn't need to be changed. I believe so as well. having experience as a PC repair tech in the past, I was comfortable with that recommendation. Teresa also threw in installing new thermostats that I already purchased prior the service when I asked if she can at least give me a break on the $90 labor to install them for me. Teresa and CJ saved me from really giving a an "F" rating based on our experience. Would I hire Hutchinson again? That's TBD depending on how they respond to this feedback. I wish I could have given a better rating but not with the overall experience we've had. Especially, with the cost of labor these HVAC contractors charges, we expected a better customer experience. I had a business myself and I understand sometimes things happens but my customers were always my priority because of what they're paying for and what they're already going through, just didn't get that from them.

Orlando and an employee came out today - even earlier than our appt time. Our air was acting up (figures, one of the hottest days of the year) and checked it out.  <br /> Our house is 26 years old and we've never had the A/C ever serviced. (shame on us)!They could have sold us a new unit, which we will need eventually, but diagnosed our problem and fixed it. We needed a new compressor and some freon. The air works perfectly now, thank goodness, and we haven't had any problems at all.  <br /> They were professional, left the area clean and the cost was more than reasonable. When we do need a new unit, they will definitely be the ones we call. I highly recommend Orlando and his company. Thanks guys! <br /> <br />

Called Hutchinson Heating & Air after a horrible experience with a previous contractor. Orlando came out the same day and diagnosed and fixed the issues. The previous contractor had replaced the 2nd floor AC unit capacitor with the incorrect size and wired it in backwards. The fan was rotating backwards when it turned at all. The unit was not producing cold air and was making horrible noises. Orlando changed the capacitor, rewired the unit, topped off the Freon, and did a tune-up on both AC units. He explained everything he found and fixed. The unit is much quieter now and actually produces cold air! I will be using Hutchinson Heating & Air for yearly tune-ups from now on.
